    Thanks, I was considering Spring Elmas, but many people told me not to buy Under Construction Properties.
    So, I am stuck in this loop, moreover their delivery date is 2029 as per RERA..
    Not sure what to do

      Buy from renowned builders only such as Eldeco, Godrej, Tata, County and maybe Arihant

    How could u miss Greater noida sector 12 authority flats BHS-17/LOF-04 scheme in your list. It has 3+1 bhk 1700sqft in 84lakh only.
    Far better than private builders in terms of cost and size.

      No security, no safety no amenities, gentry is lower , no body wants authority flats now.
