I love Nick but man was his radio unfortunate in the second race. You actually didn't include a lot of it, like getting asked for codes and just saying no, or his massive sarcasm. He clearly got frustrated with strategy in race 2 and basically stopped communicating for the last 5 or so laps.
The live team radio in the app is one of FE's greatest innovations!
If this race weekend isn't an Unplugged episode on its own, I will be very disappointed. More spice between drivers than a chilli curry.

It’s interesting. The rationale for going away from the covered wheel front wing pods of Gen 2 was to improve driving standards. But in the end, it’s just increased the damage and retirements.

I'm disappointed no one say it
sometimes one gets the impression that the participants of these races are absolute beginners who do not understand how the car will behave in this or that situation
some of the corners are really tight and misjudging something is easily done. but some of the moves sure were way too optimistic. it was great racing still!
Some of the drivers this weekend were rookies, so that could've played a part.
However, yeah, definitely a few incidents here that were avoidable. Especially when a lot of these drivers have raced plenty disciplines, would expect better from them.
They're notoriously difficult cars to drive with tricky tires and heavy steering, low downforce, more rookies on this grid than an FE race in years, challenging track surface, and it's worth remembering they're trying to maximize their performance the whole way and fight for fractions of seconds every moment, it's not just a sunday drive. personally I didn't see it as that incident-filled of a race compared to some others.
And it so tense between the drivers lol You rarely see those emotions in F1 anymore
