- You can "unlock" the XZ000-G3 and use it to replace the ONT provided by other ISP. In this video, I have replaced the iGate GW040-H (provided by VNPT) with the XZ000-G3 (provided by FPT) and set up a working internet connection.
TL;DR
- I installed Gigabit fiber internet and the ISP is FPT. They provided the TP-Link XZ000-G3 which is working in bridge mode. • I have installed Gigab...
- I flashed an "unlocked" firmware on the XZ000-G3 and gain access to hidden configuration such as GPON Serial Number, Software/Hardware version. • TP-Link XZ000-G3 Unloc...
- I wanted to use the XZ000-G3 with my other ISP, which is VNPT. Therefore, I cloned the information of the VNPT's ONT (iGate GW040-H) to the XZ000-G3 and the GPON connection is successfully authenticated (O5).
- I monitor and see that both the PON & PPPoE connection is up and running for 5 days with no problem at all. Therefore, I decided to make this video and share the progress with you.

Anh đang dùng mạng FPT, mới dùng con tp link xz000-g3 thì thấy tốc độ down có tăng so với con gốc của FPT nhưng tốc độ upload thì lại bị giảm so với con cũ của FPT. Em có biết lí do vì sao ko?

EW12 có mở sẵn SSH nhưng e ko mò được pass để vào à. E tải file config về bung ra có file dropbear nhưng mã hoá hết rồi
Liệu e lấy file dropbear khác thay vào trong file config đấy để đổi mật khẩu ssh khác có đc ko ạ
E mong muốn cấu hình EW12 thành 1 router openwrt hoàn chỉnh bằng SSH

Bác cho mình hỏi sau khi nhấn reset trên con Tp-Link thì có cần cấu hình lại ko hay nó vẫn giữ lại cấu hình này nhỉ?
Mình chưa thử qua nên cũng không rõ bác nha. Vì từ lúc dùng tới giờ mình chỉ chỉnh sửa thông số, chứ chưa bao giờ reset nó hết.

Can you clone Mac address with the modified firmware? My ISP uses MAC authentication.
Hi, still there is no way to clone the MAC address on the ONT. However you should be able to clone the MAC address on the OpenWRT

Thông thường nếu RAM không đủ bạn sẽ cấu hình swap và dùng ổ cứng làm RAM ảo. Tuy nhiên các router OpenWRT có bộ nhớ NAND thấp và việc cấu hình swap RAM không thật sự khả thi nha em.
Bác ơi cho mình hỏi fpt nếu mua ngoài cắm vào thì cần phải làm gì ko hay cứ thế mà xài thôi
Để vậy dùng luôn, nếu có router phía sau thì nhờ tổng đài reset mac thôi.
Con này nguồn có tốn điện không nhỉ? Mình đang định dùng con này + với router khác.

Amigo tengo una velocidad 1000Mbps de contrato con Movistar. A que se debe que la velocidad solo llega a 250Mbps en bajada y 115Mbps en subida.. cuando utilizo ese modelo de terminal GPON?, Si coloco el HGU de la operadora en modo puente si llega a los 900Mbps con el Router neutro.
Did you clone the ONU Serial number?
I have a similar issue, but I wasn't able to clone my ONU SN as my XZ000-G3 is hardware version 1, so there is no modified firmware available so far.
@@RafaelHipolit0 Si, coloque la SN y la password del HGU al Tp Link, lo registra todo bien (O5), el problema surge en la velocidad. Tengo también el Archer XR500v y presenta el mismo problema, lo registra todo bien, pero la velocidad mejora un poco hasta 500Mbps pero la subida sigue estando bajo 150Mbps, he leído en foros que muchos presentan ese problema con la velocidad, voy a probar con un Huawei HG8010H, he leído que ese modelo es compatible con la OLT de Movistar. Hasta ahora con el Tp Link no hay buenos resultados, también probé con el Ubiquiti Nano G, y peor con este pues aquí la OLT de la operadora solicita SN y Password lo cual el Ubiquiti no tiene en ninguno de sus modos. Saludos.

I have a similar issue with XZ000-G7. I did PPPoE login in the router (ax72) or Windows 11 (for test). The speed drops to 100 mbps. When I return to the old modem, the speed is 600 mbps. I'm stuck with ISP modem.

Được nha bạn. Thiết bị này bạn có thể yêu cầu FPT cung cấp khi lắp đặt Internet (nếu đã có thiết bị router riêng).

Thật ra hướng dẫn cách unpack & repack firmware để mở các tính năng nâng cao đã có sẵn, tuy có hơi phức tạp nhưng nếu đầu tư ít thời gian thì bạn sẽ làm được nha. github.com/mobrembski/tprepack
