Doing those pulls with all of the cars and people standing around seems kinda silly and risky to me. Once you take the stock R engine out and replace it with another type of engine. Is it really an R still? Or is it something else now?

well its the same chassis, MQB platform, so it all bolts up almost perfectly. Only rough part is the wiring and then making sure everything works as planned. Considering it's 950hp, engine is built up fairly well and transmission can handle a LOT too if its a built DSG or Audi's. it's UNIQUE. Thats why.
@@traceypotts9425 if you want more than 500hp reliably, the 2.0 litre 4 cylinder is not gonna be the way to go my friend. So most people choose to go VR6 turbo or inline-5 turbo

Just what I was thinking,. He beat the RS3 bur put a proper race driver behind the steering wheel and it would have destroyed the Civic.
That take-off and acceleration looked like 500hp worth, not 950hp worth. Especially given how small and light these cars are. 🤷♂️
