I love watching your videos Wes.. I'm glad I found another Wes with the same kind of interests.. you need some sort of waterproof bivi bag, like a kestrel or something like... 🤷
Thanks again for watching Wes, glad you’re continuing to enjoy the adventures! 😉 Very good call on getting a bivy bag, seems like it would really help for my tent-less adventures 🚫⛺️
Thanks again Guzzi! Yes it was a ton of fun, even without being able to catch a meal. Enjoying the practice, hopefully it will make perfect soon enough! Friendo was such a cool find, just wanted to bring him back to the beach I launched at so others could check him out 🧐
This legitimately feels like really early Camping with Steve, where the concept and locations are good, and it's just a guy figuring out how to be comfortable on camera and how to best cut together his trip. Just watched a few of the early videos and it's clear he's improved already, and if kept up, ngl feels like it could be a RUclips staple marriage of Mav/Steve/hippy/Ayo RUclips, which would be a delight!
Thanks Ryan, appreciate your perspective and glad you've noticed some improvement 😂 Still got a long way to go, but having fun with each new adventure!
That songs stuck in my head now 😂 Definitely love the table, and this was my first trip with the cot but so far so good 👍👍 Glad you are enjoying, Chris!!
Thanks again Heather, hope you had a happy Easter as well!! I got to spend time with my mom & fur brother Preston, so it was great 😊 Enjoy your day & week!
Yay! You're back! ❤ I hope you had a great Easter! I loved this video! What beautiful views you had! Probably the scariest of your videos with how steep, rocky and windy it was. I am so grateful you are safe and I can't wait to see where you go next! 😊 Btw, what did you do with that Sturgeon? 🤔
Appreciate you watching again, Suzanne… glad you enjoyed the video 😊 Hope you had a wonderful Easter as well, thankful I got to spend time my mom & fur brother Preston for the holiday weekend. They are the reason for bringing back the sturgeon - they were meeting me back at the beach and I wanted to have something interesting for Preston (and others) to investigate! 👃👀 I did not take it home, just wanted to leave it at the beach as I always was fascinated by things washing ashore and wanted to let other people check out this awesome creature 🐟
Cool video. Why did you tow a rotten sturgeon home? Also Sturgeons are pretty heavily regulated , I imagine you could get a hefty fine if caught with a dead sturgeon in your possession without the appropriate tags/license/ in season. Just a heads up if you didn’t already consider this
Hey again Guapo, thanks for the heads up! I was aware of how tightly controlled Sturgeons are around here, but was thinking it would be okay if it was obvious that a predator had killed and already eaten half of it. Guessing from your comment that maybe it wouldn’t have made a difference though! Didn’t bring it home, just wanted to bring it back to the beach I launched from for all the beachgoers to investigate. I always love checking out what washes ashore 🧐
New sub here. I've been watching your vids the last few days and really enjoy how authentic they are. I should be all caught up in another day or two and then I'll be waiting like everyone else. 🤣
Cowboy camping is the way to go! You can get a waterproof bivy bag to keep the moisture off. I am surprised that you put a fly on your tent when you’re camping in good weather. I rarely use mine. Sleeping under the stars in the night air is awesome
i love your videos there so good but be careful you don't want to hurt your self and don't break your kayak on those rocks. although that is a stunning sight to wake upkeep your videos there so good and pretty
So you have mentioned Steve Walice. But you say "Hi Friends" to wild life similarly to "wildbeare". Another camping RUclipsr from the UK. Interested to know if you of her as well?
Every time I watch one of your videos, I cringe when you drag your Eddyline kayak across the rocks. Maybe they can give you a sponsorship to show how tough their boats are.
Thanks again for watching! I used to really baby it and avoid dragging at all costs, but after a couple times where there was no way around it I just said ahh what the heck. Still makes me cringe a bit every time though 😬
Love all the recent locations you've been going too, they're so interesting to see. Crazy how much there is to see!
Thanks again J, glad you have been enjoying… Very true, somewhere so simple like a barren rocky outcrop in the water can have so much to experience!

Great Video Wes. Enjoyed it
Thanks again Drew, glad you are enjoying the content!
-Nacho Libre 😂
nice adventure
Thanks again Share, glad you have been enjoying! 😊
Looked like a ton of fun! That view is amazing. Casts are getting a lot better keep it up! Towed home a friend I see. LOL

Wes is best!
You have got to stop cutting that line when it gets snagged! Imagine that seal getting tangled up in it and drowning, or a sea turtle!

Cool guy love his camping
Thanks Ben 🙏
That helicopter prpbably spotted you. Good thing you got out of there quickly. Great camp!
Thanks again!!

Appreciate that, I will definitely be careful! 👍👍 Glad you’re enjoying the adventures 🏕️
That's San Rafael
7:33 cutie pie 🥰😂 am sleeping at home and I felt ur coldness 🥶. Get prepared next time bro ❤️
Thanks again!! 😉 I will have to bring more layers next time to stay warmer on the cot 👍👍
@@WesWherever Maybe a bivvy bag next time.
That tidal current is really strong!
Yeah it is for sure!! Hope to catch something there next time 🐟
Small solar powered motors on the sides of a kayak would be so helpful ...
So you have mentioned Steve Walice. But you say "Hi Friends" to wild life similarly to "wildbeare". Another camping RUclipsr from the UK. Interested to know if you of her as well?
The fish was a sturgeon
slipper rocks sharp barnacles oh yeah I have done that before hurts
Transmission and differential?
Did you get the fish?
seagulls are complaining you are on their rock
Probably would have had better luck catching a seagull. I hear they taste like fishy chicken. 😆
True... if only they weren't protected!! Fishy chicken almost sounds good lol
starting music seems very similar to p*rn amatuerallure

Dawg how else is he gonna carry a kayak up hil going up rocks you are nuts if you think he’s gonna carry that
You know that white is bird poo.
Need to make your videos longer
Thanks for the input!! I am trying my best to make them longer without lowering the quality :)
Not that tiny if it was an astroid and hit the Earth it'd probably be more powerful than hundreds of nuclear weapons put together.
your face looks so cute at 6:38
Dude, why would you be dragging that fish home??
Yeah, what’s with the dead fish?
