Thank you for sharing this! I've ran out of space on my SDD and got a new TB SSD Drive. Once installed, I need to make sure my 2 new NA products are put on the new drive. I'm curious though, should I move all of my products to the new SSD? Or leave the ones already installed there, and just install the new products to the new location? Does it matter which I choose? thanks! I understand that the VST and VST locations need to stay the same (they're connected with .dll files) but it's the download location and Content Location that are the two important folders to have.
If I were you, I'd move all my Native instruments files to the new SSD drive to play it safe. That way you free up space on the old one which I'm sure you have libraries from other programs for any future updates.
I bought a komplete 12 off of Amazon and on the box it days upgrade for owner of komplete select. Will I still be able to use this even if I don't own komplete select?
Salve. Grazie per i video interessanti. Ho bisogno di una dritta. Con native access da pc window se carico le librerie di rettamente su ssd esterno non carica e mi da segnale di errore. Ho provato dia modificando le preferences sia con locate variando la destinazione. Nessun problema invece se carico prima su hd del pc poi rialloco. Ma naturalmente non posso fare sempre così per librerie molto corpose. Può aiutarmi? Grazie
Non ne sono proprio sicuro, all'improvviso mi viene in mente di verificare che se l'unità esterna è formattata per PC, potrebbe essere una ragione. Ieri ho provato a salvare i programmi su un'unità esterna e mi ha detto che c'era un errore perché l'hard disk non aveva un formato specifico per Mac. Tutto quello che devi fare è verificare che la posizione di lettura delle librerie sia corretta.

If it is an upgrade and you don’t own Komplete you won’t be able to use it. If you haven’t open the box you can probably return it.
