Those are my old subs and box!!!!! it's crazy to still see them putting in work... my daughter and I built the box stained it and put the sticker on the port.... tuned it to 30 Hertz... the port is a 12" port... and the subs were dual 2 ohm evl 18s wired to half ohm.... great sounding subs and awesome to still see them putting in work....

@Bigvell02 great video bro and for taking the back seat out that’s optional….you can always port the rear deck for more bass in the car…I have a teammate with the same car with a custom rear deck cut out doing 150db .

He has that seat out he should turn that box around too so that ports air is going in the cabin, best way and too look the cleanest is port it through that rear deck , makes a huge , huge difference, but that’s what makes audio great, make it how you want it, make it how you like it, buy the brands and what makes you happy, is how I look at it, I know people who really budget billed, one because we’ll there in a budget, lol 2 is they’re getting older and they’ve felt with systems all there lives so they know what there doing , I have a buddy who has all cheap stuff, be he’s all technical with measurements, air movement space, square foot etc, lol he’s serious like that but I’ll tell you what his little Honda Civic I believe it is old one like 90”s anyways he will put people to shame that have put thousands into there stuff, but like I said it’s all how you build it and all what you know, I used too be so into systems it wasn’t even funnny swapping out this and that, switching these speakers and amps for these, always something but always fun and always a great turn out at the end of each, now days since I’m older we love our music but I like my crisp mids, highs etc with just that perfect amount of bass, more sound quality nowadays for me, really makes you appreciate the entire scene in my eyes, I mean flat out if you’re into systems, builds, cars, custom etc you gotta have nothing but respect especially when you do or have done it yourself so you actually know what goes into a custom, build, you know the hours, mistakes, fork in the roads, but too actually have the final outcome and have people ohhh and awwww all over it can’t do nothing but feel good, thanks for the video, new here, actually first video I’ve seen as of yet, will subscribe and continue to support, thanks again appreciate you, watching in Cali

Damn just a second battery and the big three pushing 218s voltage must go down to 11s need alternator or lithium then it'll be louder
I run 2 extra just regular wet cells in my truck 2 amps gain matched on a 18 in my truck and another 4 channel amp as well..My voltage stays pretty steady at 14.5 lowest its ever dropped is 13.25..Regular batteries can be pretty decent sometimes

@@bigvell02 I’m in Chicago as well but burbs villa park area just grabbed another car 99 grand marquis so takjing my time with this one. I know it’s harder to get good airflow so looking for somebody to maybe port rear deck looking at 1 18 or two 15s
