I think ring athletes are some of the most talented and strongest athletes in all the world. It's one thing to have this unbelievable strength, but to be this far up and have all the balance and coordination on top of it... unbelievable

you should get rings and practice with it anyway, it will really strengthen your elbows and your arm bones, i used to have a lot of problems in my shoulder joints and elbow joints and wrist joints with lack of mobility, pain in moving, and clicking and popping all the time. i may have had injuries but mostly just not using these and exercising them. with the practice of gymnastics especially rings i have incredibly good feel in my shoulder girdle and elbows,, really flexible and strong now, and no joint issues. it was really hard at first, but gymnastic straight arms exercises really do make your elbows extremely tough, just make sure to pace yourself and give your body enough nutrition and time needed to recover and become stronger. it will increase your bone density and make the previously fractured bones stronger as well. start slow and see how it goes.

I was thinking about that and realised that extra muscle mass would a big hindrance to the competition as it would weigh him down and create possible mobility issues.
Type 2 or type 1? Type 2 is curable. It can be reversed through fasting, diet, etc. Just like people can train to get a front lever or handstand push up, people can also remove type 2 diabetes with discipline.
