I own skoda kushaq ambition 1.0 manual. And from my experience point of view, this car is absolutely beautiful, steering response ,pickup anything you name it, it delivered. My car has given 10-11 kmpl for city bumper to bumper traffic. For highways it had given 18-19 kmpl. The main point in driving this car is you need to know how it behaves on different speed. For highways speed of 80-95 is best for mileage.

I was in the same spot. I contacted multiple tata showrooms for a test drive, but their responses were slow and sales seemed disinterested. That made me wonder, if pre sales service is so bad, imagine post sale services. BTW booked my kushaq ambition today.

Also the interior seemed very low quality, except the electronics. Also nexon colors scheme i didn't like. Top model comes with black interior which i didn't like. So finaly purchased kushaq, Its a great car. The look is a killer. And engine is awesome. Inside space is also great. Certainly made a better choice by not buying nexon.

I dont think so brother, if you have purchased the 1.0 MT for 17.2 lakhs its a bad deal,you could have purchased the 1.5 MT for a price lower 17 lakhs and the 1.5 MT is way better than the 1.0 MT

So VW is selling the same ancient 1.0 TSI engine at twice the price in 2023 and the loyal owners are feeling like an "upgrade"? That's a marketing lesson right there!
@@boxersoho Suzuki engines are not at all tuned for performance. They are known for fuel efficiency, low maintenance and durability. They are even advertised so. The last "performance" oriented engines by Suzuki were SCross 1.6L Diesel and Kizashi 2.0. But they changes their business strategy after those. Honda engines, on the other hand, are tuned for performance and so they never advertise their products for fuel economy. VW 1.5L TSI is an adrenaline pumping engine and a well engineered product. 1.0TSI is a good engine and is a legendary one for its 3-cyl turbocharged design and all other existing 3-cyl turbocharger engines in the market are its copy and everyone is aware of that. But not much time ago, the same engine was provided in Polo TSI and one could've got almost two Polo TSI cars with the same engine at the price of a single new age Taigun/Kushaq/Slavia 1.0L. Does the BS6 P2 caused this much of price surge that VW has to sell a single engine at the price of two???
I have been owner of 1.0 Ecosport Ecoboost and now a Skoda Kushaq 1.0 AT. Both cars are excellent. Ecoboost didn't have the automatic gear but had more grunt. Kushaq 1.0 is more smooth to drive and AT is fairly good.
I agree with owner on driving dynamics. With VW or Skoda car driver gets gel up immediately. I have 10 years young polo so I clearly understand what owner is trying to say.

Have you ever tried to match the power and torque figures of 3 cylinder turbo vs 4 cylinder Naturally aspirated ???? Please do your research and dont throw ancient norms around
