I personally don’t like any flat foundation brush as well. Though I should give Lisa’s one a try as I do trust Lisa’s products and her recommendations :)
I can’t stand those old fashion foundation brushes, but I do find good ones can work really well with the more fluid serum foundation. I have never thought to apply a little of the foundation and let settle before adding more layers. I’ve never seen anyone do that before, but it sure looks great on her.

Gorgeous look Lisa! Purple is my favourite colour and it can be tricky to find a matte purple with opacity and that blends well with other mattes. I have taken to really enjoying the Guerlain eyeshadow pencils and the Laura Mercier caviar sticks along with other brands as well. I always learn something new when l watch you. My new Lisa Eldridge recommendation additions are Lancôme blush, Lancôme Idol mascara, and Fenty bronzer. I have been using them for couple of months and absolutely love them! You can never go wrong with Lisa Eldridge’s recommendations. O btw the Seamless foundation lasts really well under face mask. Does not transfer. I wear masks for longer periods indoors. Thank you Lisa! All mentioned products last really well with mask on

When you talked about the point where the outfit should come out in order to check your makeup look - I thought about the art museums and I always spend time looking at a massive sized oil painting’s background. I have nooo idea why but I check the background and see what it does to the subject matter. My mother was a painter but alas I have the skill of fingers on a duck. Rather sad but I do a lot of gazing! Hey, somebody has to be in the audience. 🥹

This video reminded me to make sure I have long wearing foundation and to check the SPF if it's chemical or mineral. I will also definitely need blotting powder and smudge free mascara! As a fellow hazel-eyed person I always enjoy looking at colours you create on yourself. Would love a tutorial on hooded, older crepy eyes - I still enjoy make up and don't want to give up an eye liner look but it's becoming more and more of a challenge to achieve. I often give up which is such a shame as I love make up so much.
I remember a wedding I went to when I wore Duwop Lip Venom and irritated just about everyone with it's smell! Somehow I stole the the limelight from the blushing bride. She didn't end up minding at all and no, my lips wasn't any plumper, just more red. I recommend having some really strong cheese instead.

Needless to say i love lilac, purple eyeshadow looks :) Also, i wouldn't have thought to go with a coraly lip, my choice would have been a little pink or beige, so thanks for teaching me something new and quite exciting.
