Hey, can you give an estimation on how hard it would be to find your first job as a trainee estate agent, with no degree (some customer service/sales experience) in ? Is it very competitive? Thanks.
Hi Nutshell it is not that hard to be fair I am myself without degree just work in sales and customer service roles such as retail and retail management (that allows to have some admin extra credibility) if you have some of that i recommend to apply to your local agencies if you don't have a car best thing is to find one with pool cars or they offer a private leased car from their fleet Lrg groups does that is countrywide and always have vacancies you will have lots of fun (if you like what you do) but also a lot of stress sometimes and majority of the time is stuff you won't have control but don't give up just keep pushing hard and you'll get there. good luck!!
