    “The pins, try not to put them too close to the scalp because when she is under the dryer it’s gonna burn like hell”. Won me over with one line 😂

      😂 it’s so true though .. those pins get so hot 🥵 make you feel like it’s burning a hole in your scalp 😂

    Love this hairstyle! I’ve worn it throughout high school & adult years! We used to call it the roller wrap hairstyle, back in the 90s! Never had to use excessive heat AND we had our edges, lol! ♥️♥️♥️

    Beautiful n wwll explained.i have hardly tried doing them at the upright position . Usually i do it the first 3 upward then the rest backward. But will try this method. It seems very well stretched. Love it. New subscriber here.

    I love your energy. You said that you love rolling her hair. It didn't matter that she has lots of curly hair. That shows how you're not lazy. Furthermore, you can work on a moving head!😂

    I love your videos! are you using a heat protectant or foam when you do roller sets? have you come across circumstances that roller sets don't work for certain types of hair?

    Do you put any product on the hair before hand??? Thinking of trying this at home.

    • @JazzysLyfestyles
      @JazzysLyfestyles  Год назад +4

      Yes I do . I like to use leave in conditioner so it can be extra moisturized and easier to roller set . You absolutely have to use product especially on natural hair .

    Why was the first roller rolled forward and not backward?

    • @JazzysLyfestyles
      @JazzysLyfestyles  Год назад +1

      That all depends on you and your style of preferred roller setting . I like to do it to the front because the edges come out flatter . I think that doing it backwards leaves your edges wrinkled and harder to blow out once it’s dry .

      I graduated from cosmetology school in 1988 and in all there was no food eaten while being serviced. It's unsanitary and makes the salon seem unprofessional. It was a great rollerset, but the client was very distracting and annoying to watch.

    • @JazzysLyfestyles

      @@feliciaallen6228 I honestly do not mind my client eating while being serviced . It has nothing to do with the salon being unprofessional. It’s up to the salon and hair dresser whether they allow it or not .
