Hello, I hope you're well! If it's not too much trouble, would you possibly be interested in filming a tutorial on how to do vibrato with a pucker whistle (basically for beginners)? You have a very pleasing whistling sound, and your tutorials are very informative and simple to follow! Don't worry about it if you don't want to!

There's three positions I know that the tongue can be in when pucker whistling: the tip can be pointed down, up, or it can touch the roof of the mouth.
For vibrato, I would say there's two steps:
- you need to whistle with the tip pointing up, but not touching the roof of the mouth.
- in this position, whistle and move the tongue quickly as if you were saying ooeeooeeooee. It takes a while to make this sound good, but once you get the effect it should come naturally.
I'm pretty busy right now, but I hope this short explanation can help you in the right direction.

That's great! I can't remember exactly but I guess it took me somewhere between 3 to 6 weeks. I didn't know how to do the slizzer roll when I started so I had to learn that too.

Yes, exactly. Combine the two sounds and you'll hear the bubbles. It's a bit tricky but don't give up and you'll do fine.

@@jewabogaming6055 ah that was just an example for the lip motion. If it doesn't help then just forget it.
The key is to have the slizzer roll pull the lip in. So just do a slizzer roll and have your lip be like that. It takes a bit of experimentation to have everything correct.

Can I learn the bubble roll by using clickroll not a slizzer roll?
I dont think so, it doesn't work when I try it with a click roll.
But the slizzer roll was not that hard for me, maybe you can learn that first.
idk if this problem persists with some people too but for some reason whenever i try to do it my liproll gets in the way does anyone have any tips?
Whenever I try it my lips seal up and I wont be able to take in air inwards... Any suggestions?
Try to relax the lips at the center, and make sure the bottom lip is slightly behind the upper one. Do the practice roll until it becomes very easy.
Also make sure your slizzer roll is comfortable to do. 頑張ってください！

i can suck the lower lip, but it sounds not like bubble, just a very low sound, does it need to take time to loosen my lip?
Try adding much more pressure to your slizzer roll and play around with different lip positions, I think eventually you'll find the correct one.

Telli Moraglis when I’m doing the sound, I tend to put my upper lip over my bottom lip, just like the fart bass but without actually using teeth, and I find the correct position to do the slizzer roll and my bottom lip will slowly be sucked in and make the bubble sound

Practice and it should go away
Its probably because your lips are too comfortable with the liproll, they adapt to just one sound if you do it too frequently without practicing others. It happened to me, lmao.

EddieBeats Jr. You can also approach the sound by moving the lower lip under the upper lip. Can you do the Sidfx scratch? It's a bit like that, but for this sound the lip doesn't go quite that far under.

+Smannock One thing you can try is moving your lower lip behind your upper lip. A bit like the sidfx scratch, but not quite that much.
