Washington Briefing Legislative Priorities - 2024 - Sen. Carper

On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, outlined her congressional leadership priorities for 2024 during remarks at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Washington Briefing in Washington D.C. This briefing session provided Congressional oversight priorities, including continued implementation of the IIJA. In addition, attendees were briefed on the 2024 AASHTO Policy Action Agenda for consideration by Congress and the Biden Administration.
