    Very nice! I mess around with a vertical mill on slow time at work. I love your homemade stuff. Keep up the work. I’m going to make your bobbin holder soon very smart. What is your wire you make the links out of?

      Thanks man! I use Malin 180# hard wire for some and .035 stainless TIG welding wire for some to have a lot heavier wire.

    Have you tried to o-ring a hook off the front shank instead of embedding the hook in the shank? Just curious if it has too much drag with a dangling hook vs. the embedded one. Great video. Thanks for the content

      I do that with some other patterns to get better keel weight. With this one you want as little drag as possible for the glide. So no I wouldn’t do it with the jerkchanger.

    What type of brush are you using? In particular what materials I like to make my own.

      Look at my other videos. I show making a brush. These are Kanekalon and Bonnie Craft cord.

      @@toddarnold9994 thanks I watched it. We make basically the same brushes I just add a little bit more flash. I have been Trying to find some synthetic material that sheds water a little better.

      These are just videos done with the iPhone. Not sure I want to go down the rabbit hole yet with full blown videos.
      But glad you like what I’ve done so far.

    What is the rear hook ?

    • @toddarnold9994
      @toddarnold9994  3 года назад

      It’s a basspro hook. They have a heavy wire short shank O'Shaughnessy bend hook that I like for rear hooks in changers. The hooks are stout and the length is pretty short making it fit between short shanks well.
