@@DIYTechnician987 to answer your question no other did not turn over at all. I figured out that it was one of the wires on the plug harness for the connector that had came loose. I also broke the plastic plate that secures the connector to the transmission. So plz everyone trying to remove and reinstall the plug to the shift solenoid after completing this project be patient and gentle otherwise you will get a lot more problems. But I was able to get it started after figuring this out
I did not have that problem. My truck drove fine however the eco mode would not come on so it was less fuel efficient. It also threw a code stating that the gear 4 was reading something different that the pcm was expecting. After replacing this my truck has been fine until three days ago whenever the code came back. There is another sensor located on the drivers side of the transmission that ill replace next to see if it corrects the problem.
@@jenellejoshua6485 my truck was in fact doing that shortly after i replaced the sensor. After more research and speaking with the transmission shop they mentioned that the PCM could be bad. I purchased a refurbished PCM online and it seems to have fixed my issue. I am about to post the video I made now if you wanted more info. Let me know if you ever fixed your issue!
The love for the Vid is much appreciated brother! Did mine today, but didn’t lock the harness in properly and was panicing kept saying I’m in R 😡lucking cleared the code twice!!🫡
Good work 👏
I follow you
Great video man , keep it truckin’ - here fa tha same , confirmin’ tha connector on a 2012 so mines would b diff.
Excellent video. 👍
Just got done with the same problem. Added fluid and went to start the truck but would not crank or start. Any ideas??
Do you hear the motor try to crank over? After I did all this I had no issues starting my truck. Maybe your starter died?

Does it matter if it’s rwd or 4wd is the solenoid the same?
I think this one is for the 4x4 only. I think the rwd has something different, but not really sure.
@@DIYTechnician987 the one I ordered didn’t even say but it worked lol tanks for the video
Did you have to do a relearn
