    Swimming in a chlorinated pool gave me gut dysbiosis and ear infection. After learning about our microbiome,I never get in one of those pools ever again.

    • @sunshinesunflowerz1647
      @sunshinesunflowerz1647 2 года назад +2

      So how do you swim? What kind of pool do you swim in?

    • @nissan_skyline
      @nissan_skyline 5 месяцев назад

      Gut dysbiosis can be caused by various factors such as, antibiotic use, diets high in processed foods, sugars and low in fiber, chronic stress, infections, lack of physical activity, environmental factors, certain medical conditions like IBD, IBDS and autoimmune disorders.
      Swimming in a chlorinated pool doesn't have a significant impact on the balance of microorganisms in your gut, unless you're regularly ingesting excessive amounts of pool water over a long period of time.
      Also, chlorine itself is not a direct cause of ear infections, so you likely got it from an accumulation of water in the ear canal due to prolonged exposure to water, or bacteria that was present in the pool. This is common.

    What's sad is... people from Africa been trying to tell us this for years... Fruits, vegetables and plants cures the body...big pharma still pushing folks to study man made medicine and not what the body is MADE OF.....great job with this channel!!!

    • @nissan_skyline
      @nissan_skyline 5 месяцев назад

      People from Africa? It's a well known fact that whole foods are better for your body than processed foods. We didn't need people from other continents to tell us this. Also, "big pharma" doesn't push people to study "man made medicine" or what the body is made of. Like, what are you talking about. That's not their job.
      The role of a pharmaceutical company is to research, develop, manufacture, and market drugs or pharmaceutical products to improve health outcomes. They play a crucial role in advancing medical knowledge, providing treatment options for various diseases, and ultimately improving the quality of life for patients. My mom just beat cancer thanks to "big pharma", scientists and doctors who don't peddle fear mongering. She wouldn't have been able to do this by just eating fruits and vegetables. These are not cures, they're preventatives but they can't protect you from all illnesses.

    Several years ago, the dairy industry petitioned the FDA to get permission to add aspartame and/or sucralose to lowfat and nonfat milk and allow it to be "blind-labeled" which means the public would not know it is in there. I do not know but I suspect it was approved.

      I can tell you right away what brands caused skin irritation and are overpriced junk, at least to my skin type. I have pale, sensitive and dry skin. I ask the people working in high end brand shops what products they can recommend. From the samples I got from them and used, I got eye irritation from Dior, skin irritation and increased dryness from Elizabeth Arden, some dryness and irritation from L'Oreal. Lancome mascara very irritating and drying the eyes. Till today I have not found a lipstick that is not drying my lips or causing cold soars to appear, sadly I stick to colorless lip balm. Ask for samples, especially if a product is expensive. I get much better results from organic or at least less harmful chemicals using brands that are not that expensive. Nivea has not failed me yet and is great during winter colds, not so great in summer, though. Sans Soucis creams were so far the best 'high end' brand I used. Shiseido eyelid products like eyelid cream and shades are non-irritating but very expensive. Hope it helped.
      Edited: sorry, I forgot Weleda - great on most levels, especially almost face cream, cold cream with bee wax, shampoo tends not to wash the grease out of hair so well but the hair feels really light and silky, hand creams are good too and probably the cheapest of all organic cosmetics and available worldwide.

    My hair started thinning in my 30s, along with horrible scalp itching, flaking and hard plaques that would erupt and ooze. Ew. I used potent coal-tar shampoos like T-Gel to control the itching for years -- it was the only thing that worked -- but my hair kept getting thinner and mousier. I no longer received compliments for my once thick, glorious hair. The itching was unbearable. I was so addicted to the anti-itch shampoo that if I traveled I had to carry some with me or risk a disaster because I couldn't sleep if I didn't wash with it. When my infant daughter started presenting with baby excema, I got thinking about these same symptoms in my scalp. I decided to quit adding ANYTHING to my hair, and see what happens. I did cleanse it every few days, using a simple solution of baking soda and water, followed by rinsing with water mixed with apple cider vinegar. It took about a month for my scalp and hair to get use to the change, but eventually, my scalp calmed down, the itching subsided and it stopped producing tons of extra oil. My hair thickened dramatically in about 6 weeks. The texture changed -- its not the silky, plastic-coated texture that I had become so used to using shampoo and conditioner, but its beautiful and shiny when brushed. It's full of its own natural oils. And best of all - no synthetic products, no scabs and no itching! After about three months, I can see that I have a dense row of NEW HAIR GROWTH along my brow line! I was not expecting that! My hair actually looks better now than when I was pregnant! I will never go back to putting shampoo and conditioner in my hair!

It was upset all the time. luckily, this was right when organic milk started popping up in the grocery stores. I know it's not nearly as good as getting local milk, but at least the organic doesn't have most of the hormones that traditional dairy does.

And if you can get raw milk from Jersey cows, it's even better. The A2 casein protein from this cow's milk is far less allergenic than conventional cows which are A1 protein.

So many skin conditions and dry hair are the result of those chemicals. My mother’s neurologist told her the same thing, after her second stroke, when he walked in the hospital room and she was drinking one! She has since stopped drinking them, and no more strokes! Why would a hospital even offer that poison to its patients???🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    I think I have a sensitivity too acacia gum. It’s used in Levothyroxine as a filler, and one of brands of mineral salts (Hylands) I use. My vitiligo was healing when I stopped taking levothyroxine (not on any thyroid medication anymore) and noticed in April 2022, my vitiligo regressed and got worse. Guess, I’m going back to Jackson’s mineral salt brand to see what happens.

    where can one go to get raw dairy when you live in a state that outlawed raw and treats it as toxic, (ironic isn't it ), and raw is so much more expensive. it's like the government is at war with the poor. unhealthy is cheap.

    Glyphosate is used as a desiccant in wheat production by many conventional farmers. That's to say that glyphosate is applied to the wheat in order to dry it out more quickly so that it can be harvested more quickly. Buy USDA certified organic foods

    I learned about alot of those chemicals in personal care products- I had no idea how harmful they were! Now I have switched to a certified vegan, gluten-free line of personal care and makeup that does not contain harmful preservatives. I feel so much better knowing that I am not poisoning myself from the outside in! You are right- people are concerned about what they put in their bodies, but don't really care about what they are putting ON their bodies.

    Very interesting.
    Take sodium hexametaphosphate and carrageenan are used as preservatives. They keep dairy products from smelling rancid. Take shamrock farms 40g of protein drink for example. It must be refrigerated (it’s biggest downfall) and has both sodium hexametaphosphate and carrageenan. Whey (that liquid at the top in your yogurt cup) doesn’t need refrigeration, but is a common allergen for many people. Whey will also trigger inflammation.
    The best way to get healthy proteins (my opinion) is to consume foods rich in omega 3’s, while avoiding omega 6’s.
    Sardines, salmon and wild herring. Lots of cruciferous veggies and lots of bright colored fruit. Eat tons of berries and stay hydrated with freshly squeezed lemon/ginger water. Take zinc and colloidal silver to kill any bad yeasts, viruses, bad bacteria or funguses.
    It’s sad that it’s so hard to stay healthy.
    The food industry isn’t out to feed us. It’s out to make a profit.

I could only wash my hands with Dial “White” soap to make it stop burning and itching. I never drink tap water, always spring water!
