I watched all the S04 of “La Casa de Papel” the day it came out and I was going to make a tribute vid to Nairobi (my queen) but I realize I'm still SO DAMN sensitive about her situation ... so i ended up vidding Palermo.
I don’t know why I always end up liking the most shitty, twisted and evil characters!
Palermo as Berlin are both a couple of misogynistic and macho mentally twisted men. I repudiate that. But I'm kind of happy with what the owners did in this season with Palermo story and in my opinion Rodrigo de la Serna did such an excellent job (as always) getting us to empathize a bit with his character.
I’m also happy that somehow Palermo ended up listening to all what Nairobi told him in S03 and realizing he was being a piece of garbage with Helsi, and admitted that he was scared as hell of living all over again what he did with Berlin (rejection and death). I guess she would be proud to see that :(
And well not to mention all the parallels between Berlin and Palermo (they must be soulmates then) and between Helsi and Palermo!

Palermo had a pain in his eyes always. Kudos to Rodrigo de la Serna for playing such a part so beautifully. It's like Snape, all the while you hate him and in the end he leaves an impression so lasting.

I started to love Palermo in the 4th season and I'm so sorry for him. He deserved Berlin to return his love.
Mena Ambrosino Berlin did. He clearly said they are soulmates. Unfortunately, Berlin has no control over that 1% which prevents him to desire Palermo physically. They are both so dramatically unlucky.

What more do you need to understand that he actually LOVES Palermo?
This is neither friendship or brotherwood, this is a romance.
But unfortunately Berlin isn’t omosexual and he doesn’t feel physical desire for his love. That’s why he decides to deprive himself of his best friend / lover / love of his life - not to hurt him anylonger.
Leaving Palermo is maybe the only thing Berlin did in his life that was truly altruistic. Even if it hurts.
Ladies, I can’t see this scene without feeling desperate, it is SO heartbreaking because they are both suffering, in different ways.
Hope Palermo will find happiness.

Okay, I never hated or even disliked Palermo, he was in my heart from the second he entered the story, but I get why people don't like him. Well, after season 4 not so much, because we all saw what really happened to him- if anybody knows what pain is, it's Martín. Such a wonderful video, I love it so much. My favorite so far, it hurts, and it's supposed to hurt.

Por alguna razón no quiero que terminen juntos aldkld, idk. Siento que sería mejor para el personaje mostrar una absoluta independencia emocional, verlo cumpliendo su duelo por Berlín y verlo evolucionar de otra forma.
Yo Opino que El. Personaje de Palermo Morirá al final, Pues como ves dice que busca morirse desde antes, también le dice que no piensa perderlo a Helsinki, y otro acto que da a sospechar eso, es que berlin le dice que de una u otra forma se volverán a juntar y berlin esta muerto, quizás se topan en el más allá ☹️✨

Lo triste del amor es que no puedes elegir a quien amas o como. Aunque Palermo se diese una oportunidad con Helsi no sentiría lo mismo que con Berlin, seria un amor más sano y más pleno pero probablemente nada comparado a lo que tenia con Berlín :(.

Palermo nunca me terminó de agradar, pero ver las dos escenas en el último capítulo, primero con Berlin, y luego con Helsinki me jodió un montón, Rodrigo de la Serna hizo un estupendo trabajo, el sentimiento de dolor y vació se le reflejaba en los ojos. Tu video, es increíble, recopilas todo ese dolor en 3 minutos perfectamente, me encanta!

Buenísima edición. Había comentado en inglés, pero con mi básico nivel me quedé corta para expresar cuán hermosa me pareció. Transmite todo el dolor que Palermo ha guardado durante años y expone el magnífico trabajo realizado por Rodrigo De la Serna al interpretarlo, simplemente un increíble actor. Sigue con videos así, me pusiste los pelos de punta.
Palermo se convirtió en mi personaje favorito en cuestión de dos temporadas por lo humano que es, por ese trasfondo que tiene y su corazón roto, y por lo bien construido que está. Se puede llegar a amar y odiar a la vez.
