That was a very enjoyable 12 minutes of youtube. I would have loved a few moments of video too with the purr of it's engine. Thanks for posting your excellent labour of love :)

Is there no end to the talents ,skill,of this mans patience of this breath taking restoration? He must have a grin from ear to ear driving this dream of a car, also much credit is due to his wife, for putting up with this mans dedication! Just to chase all those rust gremlins out of the cars body work, is epic in itself...My hat off to you Sir!

This is the best restoration I have seen and surely a labour of love 12 years of painstaking work and the cost well that would be huge $ but for one man to do all of this work himself it a super achievement..... a very interesting Video...Thank you.

    Hello james
I am restoring a 54 DHC I notice you chromed your grill bars unassembled. How did you re install the bard in the grill surround without discolouring. Thanks Ron

Incredible work. Thank you for sharing this. I have one question, however. The 1953 XK-120MC that I rebuilt back in the mid 1960s had torsion bars and lever shock absorbers. How is it that this car has tubular shocks?
