The 2024 Activ AWD has a 9 spd automatic trans…not a CVT…that’s probably why you didn’t find it annoying lol.
I live in an area with snow and the AWD is a must for me. Thats why I'm leaning towards the Trailblazer. Thank you for the video :)
I'm surprised GM is not competing with the Bronco or Jeep Wrangler. Or even the Bronco Sport.
I was under the impression the Activ had the 1.3L Turbo 9 spd Auto & AWD...There's no CVT. Are you sure you reviewed this vehicle correctly. Also the Trax doesn't offer the AWD option, so that's a no go for many folks out there that are living in snowy weather.
Affordability, reliability, and power is more important to me. This isn't a bad vehicle. It looks nice. If Chevy got rid of the CVT and put at least 200 HP this would be great. Not sure how reliable these are.
You can get this with a 9-speed automatic. Sadly, you’re stuck with only 155 HP, though.

Making them cheaper and cheaper. Makes me sad. Not the way American cars should be made. We used to set the standard. So sub par these days.

I have a 2022 trailblazer RS and I have put 70k miles on it. I have driven that thing all over the US, and still on the original brakes and tires. It has been a very good vehicle
I think the Trax is a better value, if it was AWD they would have one hell of a car on their hands. I like the looks of the new Trax, the Trailblazer looks meh, kinda has the Nissan Juke look.
That color screams nissan juke especially when combined with the white reverse inclined roof panel.
Yeah, doesn't make sense that Chevy has both the Trailbazer and Trax in the lineup. And the Buick has Encore that is very similar. At least Ford made the Escape and Bronco Sport very different despite being on the same platform.

Tracks has a weaker motor and it will take you all day to get where you’re going.
This isn't a bad little crossover but it's definitely not a "Trailblazer". Chevy would do themselves a big favor by calling it something else.
