Michael Jackson death hit the whole world he was a legend he will always be in my heart he was the best in everything he did God send for him no tears no pain he’s still here with us no one could top the king we all love you RIP
Michael just saddens me beyond belief. I believe the Pepsi incident was the beginning of the end. That is when this child star, never into drugs or alcohol was introduced to pain killers. And he had pain from his burns until the day he died which caused his addiction.

Michael's death literally spiraled me into a depression. And I mean, actual, diagnosed depression, the severity of it from the first 5 years. And even though my depression has gotten better over the past 6 years, it still hurts when the topic of celebrity deaths comes up. I had never had a major loss in my life before that point, and I kept my grief inside because I knew my family was going to judge me for being that distraught over a celebrity who I never met. But who cares? His life, talent, personality, and career had a huge impact on me since I was 6. So of course his death would hit me hard. I had never experienced such excruciating and tormenting emotional pain, but it has triggered my fear of loss. Well, let me leave it at that. I am putting too much of my business on the Internet. 😂
AS SOMEBODY WHO HAS STRUGGLED WITH DEPRESSION FROM A YOUNG AGE. ROBIN WILLIAMS PLAYED A HUGE PART IN MY HAPPIER CHILDHOOD MEMORIES. DEVASTATING TO KNOW THAT SOMEBODY WHO WAS ABLE TO MAKE YOU SO HAPPY.. WAS ALSO SUFFERING. THAT HIT ME HARD.

helloimok from what I know seeing him grow up, most people had good things to say about him, his work towards charities and from his interviews he seems like he has a nice personality. So that’s what I could tell. If you can tell someone is bad than you can also tell if someone is good.
Bobbi's passing was suspicious but also hard because I was the same age as her and remember when I was younger watching her on TV on their reality show. Smh so sad
Why? Both her and her mother were the instruments in their own deaths. She committed suicide and her mother accidently killed herself. You can say it's suspicious but it only seems that way because they died the same way.. But once you delve into the sick and unhealthy co dependent relationship Bobbi had with her mother, it's pretty clear what happened. If you want to blame anyone, it should be her parents and how badly they messed her up.
Lia Love Those were allegations, they were never proven to be true. Get your facts straight before you accuse a deadman that can’t even speak for themselves of something that was never proven to be true.
Stevie Ryan was absolutely gorgeous, I will never understand how crippling depression can be for people. I lost my oldest Son at 24 years old for the same reason, they will NEVER understand the devastation that they leave behind. I am forever damaged, my life will never be the same, I will always have a 💔..... I really wish they knew just how loved they were.
We also need to normalize depression in black people and address reasons why we turn to them in the first place. Depression is common with a lot of these deaths. For some reason when white people die due to complications with depression, it's understandable. When black people do, it's always a conspiracy. Like nahh some of us are really out here suffering

As a 64-yr-old who suffered major depression from age 3, I can state that there is too much pressure. Perfectionism is the law of the land. Everybody 'has to be' a high achiever, the Perfect Homemaker, while looking like a Pussycat Doll. No rest. If you're just a regular schlub, you're shunned, criticized, branded a "LOSER." Really?
@@mel-mel6492 Yes, no one agrees with me. But at 64, I've lived through the worst of clinical depression. And I do think people today are under way too much pressure. You can't just "be," "self-improvement" is now mandatory. If you don't jump on every cockamamie fad (Hydroxycut, Botox, "Positivity", "Law of Attraction", "Wellness", "Mindfulness" - BARF!), you're shunned. In the 60s-70s, we laughed at Madison Avenue trying to Stepford-ize us. Now women are back to the 50s, fretting about hairdos, recipes, "tattletale gray" underwear, and "waxy yellow buildup" on kitchen floors. Me, I love books, news, fashion, and webcamming with young Indian men - Woooo!
Most of the shocking deaths I cried heavily over like Corey Montieth, Paul Walker, Robin Williams, Prince and Cameron Boyce. Definitely cried hard over Michael Clarke Duncan and James Avery. They were such big sweet souls. I think Avicii would still be alive if his "people" hadn't kept pressuring him. Had no clue Kate Spade committed suicide!

I had been a fan of Nipsey Hussle since I first discovered him when I was 15, about ten years ago before he got more known. I really liked his sound and his message. U can't tell anything u don't know him
helloimok from what I know seeing him grow up, most people had good things to say about him, his work towards charities and from his interviews he seems like he has a nice personality. So that’s what I could tell. If you can tell someone is bad than you can also tell if someone is good.
@@JOLISA23 lol and people hat good thing to say about a number of serial killers too

The Donna Summer’s and Don Cornelius’ deaths were shocking. I had no idea they passed this way.
Still stunning..
u didn't know where the hell have you been they been dead for 8 and a half years
Bobbi's passing was suspicious but also hard because I was the same age as her and remember when I was younger watching her on TV on their reality show. Smh so sad
One of the shockers for me was kim porter and of course Kobe Bryant
when paul walker died i was so devastated, literally one of my favorite actors
Lia Love how?
Lia Love Those were allegations, they were never proven to be true. Get your facts straight before you accuse a deadman that can’t even speak for themselves of something that was never proven to be true.

Stevie Ryan was absolutely gorgeous, I will never understand how crippling depression can be for people. I lost my oldest Son at 24 years old for the same reason, they will NEVER understand the devastation that they leave behind. I am forever damaged, my life will never be the same, I will always have a 💔..... I really wish they knew just how loved they were.
A lot of these celebrities was involved in drug use, we need to stop normalizing drugs and self medicating ourselves. It’s not cool😒✊🏽✊🏿✊🏻
FACTS
SAY NO TO DRUGS!!!!!!! And stay in school like me
We also need to normalize depression in black people and address reasons why we turn to them in the first place. Depression is common with a lot of these deaths. For some reason when white people die due to complications with depression, it's understandable. When black people do, it's always a conspiracy. Like nahh some of us are really out here suffering
Try living with chronic pain. That's so hard to do. You can get to a point where you just want to relieve the pain
Rest in peace to everyone we have lost. 😢
Prince's death hit me like a Mack truck. It was heartbreaking.
I used to live in Minnesota and I saw Paisley Park a couple of times
Its sudden .strange
I was in the drive through at Chick-fil-A and was flipping through Instagram and my heart just sank. I didn’t even react that way when Michael jackson died.
All these deaths was heartbreaking. But ay ain't nobody gonna live forever
I called in at work that day . Couldn't take that blow.
For me it was Michael Jackson’s death.. I still can’t believe he is gone. I never got the chance to go to one of his concerts, and that hurts man. He was the sweetest person in the world❤️ May you rest in peace Mike!
Yeah, his death hit me the hardest of any celebrity death, and I cried off and on for 6 months after Aaliyah was killed.
Prince's death really shocked me
I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t even know anything about Nipsey Hussel until he died.
Floyd Quickley same, I still don’t really know a lot about him
His Victory Lap album got me through a rough stint of homelessness in 2018. I also find inspiration in his interviews. That young man had truly elevated. So sad that he didn’t get to share more with the world.
I heard of his name but never knew how he looked...
I didnt either and they blew him up like he was all that. I dont like it but honestly his music sucks. They giving him credit where credit ain't due. He ain't did nun.
Don't feel bad, me neither.
I'll never forget the day I found out Prince, Whitney and Robin Williams died. They were huge parts of my life (especially my childhood) and I miss them so much

Agreed
MJ, Whitney, Bobbi, Prince, Michael Clark Duncan, Bowie, George Michael, Joan Rivers, David Carradine, Bernie Mac, Isaac Hayes, Paul Walker, Nate Dogg, Ricky Harris and Kobe are Suspicious deaths to me oh yea Amy Winehouse too.
There was a video of whitney and Bobbie cristina talking to that snake Clive Davis with Monica and brandy saying something about bout tryng to drown her daughter? Cant remember exactly. But that's what celebrities gotta do to make it in the" A"club.
Being reminded of Whitney death and Mac Miller's death made me cry.. this decade was ROUGH. RIP to everyone named and unnamed. Known and unknown. 💫

I still remember where I was and what I was doing with the majority of these deaths. Thank you so much for your hard work of putting this segment together. Your definitely should be getting paid for this.
I was still so upset about the death of Michael Jackson in the last decade, that I never realized how many stars had died in this decade, and I’m only 15.

I remember discussing some these untimely passings with my Mom and how they impacted us. The passing of Whitney Houston was the hardest being that; both my mom and Whitney, were born around the same time. Then Prince passes 5 years after and then a month after Prince, my Mom passed.
@@rubyparchment5523 no I reject that concept. I understand your point though. Depression is a hard battle to fight. I hope you are healthy now.
