Biblical Hebrew has no word for universe, in the Bible “heaven and the earth” is always used to talk about the complete universe. “Firmament” is used in the King James Version a old (1,500) translation? Modern translations do not use this: Genesis 1:7 “And God made the expanse and separated the waters that were under the expanse from the waters that were above the expanse.” This is talking about what we now call the water cycle. The use of the world “firmament” in Genesis 1:8 is a carryover from the Latin firmamentum of the Vulgate. Genesis was written in Hebrew, the original Hebrew word is raqiya. This should be translated “expanse, sky, space, horizon”. Some translated this a vault or canopy. Genesis was written in Hebrew, which as limited vocabulary.

In light of the Scriptures description of dinosaurs, and the tales of dragons, the megalithic architecture makes perfect sense. They built megalithic structures that solved every problem. It's interesting to hear about the sightings people have had of dinosaurs throughout the years. It's easily for me to believe aquatic creatures like this still exist because the flood would not have necessarily killed creatures like those. I live in the piedmont region of North Carolina and I grew up in a small farming community in the 80's and 90's. Several years ago i was riding back in the woods either on my pick up or an ATV and I spotted a strange looking creature. Just guessing it was about 2-3 feet tall and stood on 2 legs and had arms like that of what a velociraptor looks like in the movies. It kind of reminded me of what the raptors look like in the movies only very thin. It freaked me out so i told my brother what i saw and it turns out he saw the same kind of creature either before or after my encounter. You think about all of the water on the face of this Earth and what is probably in those waters that we have no knowledge of. Just look at a satellite image of the woodlands on this Earth and think about what's in those areas that we don't know about. I can't wait to stand face to face with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and He can tell me all about it because i have lots of questions. I'm a Christian and a young earth creationist but recently theologians have shown that Shem did not live that long. The Jewish Hebrews would say that Shem was Melchizedek but he was not . Really interesting study. Have you seen it?

I'm very cautious about modern theologians, in trying to get their phd's they seem to just make stuff up, and their conclusions are really speculations. Melchizedek can't be Shem because Heb 7:3 says Without father, without mother, without decent (at least in the biblical record), but we know Shem's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Noah, and his descendants are listed in Genesis 10 & 11 and 1 Chron 1. We should trust the Bible, even when we don't understand it.

Jews changed the scripture to make Shem appear to be Melchizedek. By moving Shem's life back to the normal age for all men post Flood brings all other Biblical and secular history in line by adding 300 years to total time line. It is sorta complex but really makes sense. One would need to watch the video to understand. I too am very cautious of modern theologians but some are spot . For instance Wayne Grudem is an excellent theologian and is correct ( I feel ) on most doctrine on old and new testament but he dropped the ball on The Gap Theory which literally destroys 6 day creation and Adam and Eve and therefore the entirety of all of Scripture.

The King James Bible version is the only legitimate and complete Bible in the English language. You need to study the subject before having knee jerk theories about it.

We will function on a different mechanism and will be covered with light (human body is already electric , every cell in human body functions on electricity, like the heart beat for example). We will no longer have waste thus no need for bathrooms. We will not need any sleep. We will be constantly awake and fully functional. According to original scriptures we are less than 10 years from Christ's second coming. Unfortunately the entire earth will burn with fires, and all people will die except for the few righteous that will go to Haven with Christ. The use of the world “firmament” in Genesis 1:8 is a carryover from the Latin firmamentum of the Vulgate. Genesis was written in Hebrew, the original Hebrew word is raqiya. This should be translated “expanse, sky, space, horizon”. Some translated this a vault or canopy. Genesis was written in Hebrew, which as limited vocabulary.

@@av2484 A reasonable question. I would say the repeated telling of stories would make them well known and their legendary creatures would acquire reputations. Like the trolls in traditional Scandinavian tales or Darth Vader in the Star Wars franchise. Does the use of these stories mean that these beings really existed? No, although they also do not mean they did NOT exist. However the lack of evidence of their physical reality does call them into question. In light of the Scriptures description of dinosaurs, and the tales of dragons, the megalithic architecture makes perfect sense. They built megalithic structures that solved every problem. They were cool in summer, efficiently warmed in winter. They had water systems, including water for drinking, washing, and carrying away sewage. It's interesting to hear about the sightings people have had of dinosaurs throughout the years. It's easily for me to believe aquatic creatures like this still exist because the flood would not have necessarily killed creatures like those. I live in the piedmont region of North Carolina and I grew up in a small farming community in the 80's and 90's. Several years ago i was riding back in the woods either on my pick up or an ATV and I spotted a strange looking creature. Just guessing it was about 2-3 feet tall and stood on 2 legs and had arms like that of what a velociraptor looks like in the movies. It kind of reminded me of what the raptors look like in the movies only very thin. It freaked me out so i told my brother what i saw and it turns out he saw the same kind of creature either before or after my encounter. You think about all of the water on the face of this Earth and what is probably in those waters that we have no knowledge of. Just look at a satellite image of the woodlands on this Earth and think about what's in those areas that we don't know about. I can't wait to stand face to face with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and He can tell me all about it because i have lots of questions.

I'm very cautious about modern theologians, in trying to get their phd's they seem to just make stuff up, and their conclusions are really speculations. Melchizedek can't be Shem because Heb 7:3 says Without father, without mother, without decent (at least in the biblical record), but we know Shem's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Noah, and his descendants are listed in Genesis 10 & 11 and 1 Chron 1. We should trust the Bible, even when we don't understand it.

Jews changed the scripture to make Shem appear to be Melchizedek. By moving Shem's life back to the normal age for all men post Flood brings all other Biblical and secular history in line by adding 300 years to total time line. It is sorta complex but really makes sense. One would need to watch the video to understand. I too am very cautious of modern theologians but some are spot . For instance Wayne Grudem is an excellent theologian and is correct ( I feel ) on most doctrine on old and new testament but he dropped the ball on The Gap Theory which literally destroys 6 day creation and Adam and Eve and therefore the entirety of all of Scripture.

Love this guy but I have to say, as a believer, if any young Christian’s or non-believers are confused - he is entirely off base with one thing: drinking alcohol is not a sin. Christ made and drank wine. The Apostle Paul endorses drinking wine. The disciples all drank wine. Drinking alcohol to the point of drunkenness is a sin and/or learning to rely on alcohol is a sin.

I am still curious about what said the dinosaurs were still alive in 1611. In a nutshell: word hell doesn't exist, it is the word "grave". So, when we die we don't go to hell or haven.
When we die we are dead and remain that in that same grave until the resurrection with Christ's second coming. This is the 1st resurrection of the righteous who will go to Haven. The rest of the dead will remain dead until the 2nd resurrection at the White Throne Judgement when all people who ever lived will return to live as themselves. There is no reincarnation. At the White Throne Judgement we will receive our rewards and punishments in the form of reaping, good and bad. That's when God's Judgement will take over the world. For some people it certainly will be hell on earth because the murders, rapes, etc. they have done in the past.
Once everyone reaps what they have sawn and all will learn to live in peace and harmony, we will receive glorified bodies and the earth will be recreated where we will spend eternity here.
Something those fake churches don't ever teach is that the glorified bodies will be of flesh and bone only, no longer blood as we are now. We will function on a different mechanism and will be covered with light (human body is already electric , every cell in human body functions on electricity, like the heart beat for example). We will no longer have waste thus no need for bathrooms. We will not need any sleep. We will be constantly awake and fully functional. According to original scriptures we are less than 10 years from Christ's second coming. Unfortunately the entire earth will burn with fires, and all people will die except for the few righteous that will go to Haven with Christ. And those same righteous will then return to earth along with Christ for the White Throne Judgement.
Anyway, that's our nearing future in a nutshell.

How did all the animals survive after the flood. All plant life would of been destroyed. The only food for the carnivores are on the Ark, so they would of been eaten before they had a chance to repopulate. My reply to you is the same as I ask everyone. What proof do you have that what the bible has on its pages is/was truth? What can you point to that proves the existence of God?
Just to be clear on that. The Bible isn't evidence. It's claim, and a particularly flawed claim at that. The Bible can be used to point to a particular piece of evidence that can then be used to provide the weight to the evidence. But the Bible, in and of itself, is not the evidence.
This is the type of guy who I agree with and also don’t agree with at the same time. I’m not a Creationist, and I don’t think they’re right or wrong. I’m just not a Creationist, those beliefs aren’t mine. But a lot of the reports that Kent shows in this seminar are actually real reports; you can look them up yourself online. I think that after considering the countless reports and interviews with eyewitnesses about this subject of living remnants of dinosaurs, that this may be something that deserves more attention. It’s very interesting, especially when considering the environments where some of these reports come from
