Stars didn't move to their current position, they formed there. The universe is 13.8 billion years old, and light from stars takes time to reach us, showing us the past. The expansion of the universe explains the vast distances. No stars are moving at light speed, space itself is expanding. Science explains these phenomena with evidence, separate from religious interpretations.
