Love your comments on “anti aging products”. So true. Never thought of that before. Yeah, let’s embrace what nature is offering.

When I turned 50 I was already two years into menopause. IT was the hardest time period in my life. Not only because of being in menopause, but also COVID hit then, both parents got sick around that time then died, empty nest syndrome and just feeling life was over and I was old. But doing better now. I am 55 now and looking back is was so extremely difficult. And all the information now about HRT and how all women should be on it.

Sorry you had such a hard time. Thankfully things are getting better although not always with regards to accessing HRT.

New subscriber!! Saw you on Tracey’s channel. I was very fortunate, as I only had to deal with some hot flashes, which I used HRT for. I feel bad for all the women who have so much more to deal with. Thank you!

Hi Kathy. Yes it’s can be pretty hard but HRT is so effective for many women. I hope you enjoyed the live with Tracey. I always love chatting with her. X

I'm so sorry that you lost your mom at such a young age. 😞 I appreciate your insights here, especially looking at the benefits of this time in life. I turned 50 about three months ago. I really wonder when I started perimenopause as I look back. I'm definitely feeling out of sorts in the last six months or so. Pretty emotional, gaining weight like there's no tomorrow, some pretty deep sadness/lethargy (could be related to the the weight and is DEFINITELY related to the food I've been choosing to put in my body... yuck), and a lot of other little things. I feel the need for a transformation and am working through what that might look like. I just last night joined a new tribe of women locally, and I'm hopeful. 🙏💞 You used the word "opportunity" a few times, and I love that. I need to reframe my brain with all of this! Redesigning and redefining! Thanks, Bev!!

Thanks for this video! Messy Middle is the perfect name for what we women go through. I abruptly quit my career at 50 because of all the things you mentioned. I was burned out, exhausted and pretty much going through a mid life crisis. I've been in perimenopause for almost a decade and still struggling with it. I sure hope menopause will bring me some peace and relief. Not sure how my poor husband has put up with me through it all.😂

It’s fun to see you out and about!
It makes such sense “messy in the middle” I love listening to your wisdom.
Your mom was so young, I’m sorry for your loss.
I had such denial and looking back feel like my whole 40’s was all pre men.
It’s all so true and I always feel better after listening to you.
I’m feeling so liberated lately, no period for over a year! Feels like freedom and I love aging too! I’m like come on gray hair! I have a Pinterest board called “when I’m an old woman” it’s filled with beautiful gray haired women!
    I have plans and I can’t wait!
I quit my job at 52 and I turned 54 this past May. I kept saying, I have this one life and I want to do something different too!
It’s happening alright! So happy to have found your channel.

Hey Bev, just subscribed. So great to connect with you. Looking forward to connecting with fellow “Skool” people. Thanks to Alexa for creating such a great community. She is such a great motivator and encourager. Hopefully we can do the same with each other. P.S. Menopause began when I was 43… I’m 70 and I still have menopause. My doc said, “Sue, if we lined women up with your symptoms you would be the one with the most for the longest.” Fortunately, by 70 brain fog has lifted. I mostly have heat ups now. Hubby calls them “Tropical moments”. You’re almost at monetizing place… I’m at 1660 after a year… Looking forward to continued encouragement and support. Cheers!
