How To Cook Beets - Pickled Beets | Beet Greens | Roasted Beets

Beets have always been one of my favourite vegetables!!!! From the leafy greens to the beet root, they are so delicious, nutricious and easy to prepare. In this video I'll show you how to prepare beets three different ways: Pickled in my own brine, sauteed beet greens in olive oil and garlic and boiled beet greens with olive oil and lemon.
