Probably one of the best cockpit videos I've seen. It really gave an amazing sense of being there as well as the workload of the flight crew. Thanks for posting.
This gets a 10/10. Thanks Air Clips for sharing the Air Vanuatu pilots flying the aircraft from Port Vila Vanuatu to Sydney Australia. The behind the scenes footage of what happens at the cockpit is fantastic
I havn't flown Air Vanuatu since 1999. Both times in 1997 & 1999, fantastic trip.. LOVE Vanuatu. Love the Melanesian people. I have many friends there....mostly Ni-Van.
Beautiful flying from start to finish. A view that all of us passengers don't get to see. Thanks for the great flight. Til then keep the plane fueled and always fly high.
I think I have played waaaay to much FSX lately. When I glanced up on the takeoff roll for this video I was about to yell "Parking brakes are on". That subscribe button in the bottom right of the video really got me.
Our world looks very beautiful far up above the clouds. When I flew to Canada, we were 41,000 ft. high and it looked like our plane was in orbit. Wonderful, lovely video.
Truly beautiful ! … Well filmed, with plenty of details for the viewers most conversant with this cockpit model……..intelligently edited too. Thank you very much for sharing it with us all ;)
Thansk for share this flight!!! It's like being there. I learned a lot about the real procedures followed by pilots. I specially like to know how to disengage the autopilot before landing, and did not know that it has a button on the controls for that. Congratulations!!! I subscribe!!
Air Van's single 737 works hard!!...between Port Vila Syd Auckland BNE & Santo Island....a lovely airline though! ... I do enjoy flying with them.... :)
I love flying the PMDG 737-800 on FSX; so this video is awesome!! The fact that a real pilot actually uses the HGS in flight is cool. Now I don't feel so bad on the sim. These guys are the real deal in professionalism; & you are for this clip. Could you get more 737 cockpit footage? Definitely subscribing, & thank you for sharing this.
Is the approach over the land and populated area due to usual prevailing winds, i.e. flying into prevailing winds coming off water of the bay at other end?
That little round glass piece in front of the Captain's face: Is that some kind of heads up display or just some kind of polarized glass for better vision and non glare?
The pilot in the left seat at 10.37 pressed the left top of the yoke. What is that and what is it for? And what is that sound of air as if it was emanating from a compressor.
roconnor01 Depending when Airclips made this, both QM2 and Queen Victoria were in Sydney in 11th and 12 March 2015. As HMAS Canberra is in shot too, this would have be done since 28 November 2014.
Man, sometimes I don't know why I chose becoming a software programmer instead of a commercial pilot.. I love both careers equally, but... Flying is just so exhilarating.
LOL! Are you kidding me? With all the hightened security nowadays, the cockpit door is very hard to get in. If its so easy, there will be a queue outside the door. You must have obtain permission to go in.
Boeing 737 is the most beautiful comercial airplane ever

That little round glass piece in front of the Captain's face: Is that some kind of heads up display or just some kind of polarized glass for better vision and non glare?

Great, great video.
17:43 For all you ship spotters,Cunard's Queen Elizabeth or Queen Victoria in dock. I don't think it's Queen Mary 2.
roconnor01 Depending when Airclips made this, both QM2 and Queen Victoria were in Sydney in 11th and 12 March 2015. As HMAS Canberra is in shot too, this would have be done since 28 November 2014.
