My original Hudson H9 is running like a champ. I heard Daniel bought the patent. This is better than I was expecting, especially for their 1st pistol. I'm impressed and need one
Omg I HAVE to have one! I wanted one of the Hudson H9 pistols since the day they came out, but never bought one because of the reliability issues. But I am not missing out again. This gun WILL be mine! ....and I probably will buy a Hudson H9 while I am at it. Just to have the pair.
Without a doubt, I am sold. Upon first seeing it, I was pretty sure I’d buy one, but after your video, I AM SOLD. Solid video. I feel like I have a basic understanding of how it feels to use one of these. SOLID!
How does it shoot compared to a Laugo Alien Creator? With the low bore axis and that weighted spring housing, it might be filling the niche of an EDC version of the Alien Creator.
Nobody mentions them because it's quite obvious what they are: the disassembly catch. It'll work just like the ones on a Glock, Walther PDP, CZ P-10C, and a few others. You pull the slide back a fraction of an inch, pull the catch down, then let the slide go forward so you can pull it off the front of the frame.
Interesting new gun and decent video ... just some suggestions on presentation when videotaping a black gun ... 1. Wear a light colored shirt. 2. Use a light colored table. 3. Some of the video should be filmed from above the table, looking straight down.
On every review of this gun that I've watched so far, I've been calling it the "G1911." I think most of us have probably wanted a Glock that shoots like a 1911 with the quality of manufacturing that a company like Daniel is capable of offering.
I personally think they are saying Glock because it is the first gun one thinks of when one says striker fired. Other than being striker fired, I'm not sure I see much other kinship.
This was one of the worst reviews, reveals I've ever seen. Look like your trying to hold a turd from the clean side. Would have been nice to walk through all the controls. Like what's that button before the trigger?

Hudson h9s will triple in value do to low numbers sold in next 10years would be a really great investment
Thank you for the straight forward honest review.

Good choice!
Damn you guys got these demos early
It's because we are the most awesome gun shop in Texas!
It would pretty much be competing with the Oracle 2311, the Staccatos, and just about any 2011 type gun.
This seems like the value prop of this gun. A near 2011 shooting experience for less money and much less bulky to carry

The alien is in a league of its own.
Does it have a fixed barrel?
What are the buttons at the front of the trigger guard? Are those takedown levers?
yes
I like how not a single review of this gun mentions what those weird button things are in the trigger guard. WELL DONE!

DD H9 is probably like $1200, right, Grant?
$1,299.

@@MisterGunsPlano The low bore axis seems to be more on the Glock side!
No, the Glock 1911 honor goes to Stealth Arms with their Platypus - it is a double stack 1911 that takes Glock pattern magazines.
never buy the first product a company launches. going to have lots of problems
That thing needs a Glock switch.
Definitely
it's not a counterweight, it's where the spring sits. utterly clueless
Yeah we're aware. He was just describing what the front of the gun was like
I honestly don't know why gun people do this to other gun people. STFU dude, super petty.
Who hurt you? Imagine getting offended by a minor mistake lmao
It’s a stupid gun that shouldn’t have been revived.
It's a beautiful gun that shoots just as accurate as my cz shadow 2. You're on drugs.

Booo! This comment sucks.
Show some of your videos.
It's the disassembly catch. Look at a Glock to see how it works.
Oh look! Oscar decided to crawl out of his garbage can to make another trash comment.
