4:20 You actually can and should practice using inverted grab as it can be useful for some levels. But I personally wouldn't use it here. Levels where where the precision at pickup is more important than release (as it is here, to make sure you get relevant height off up/diagonal dashes, etc.) it's just gonna mess with your muscle memory. But if/when you get to a level where you need precision releases (i.e. backboosts, or highspeed neutral drops), it's great for those.

polaris took me like 26 hours on first playthrough, its a you get it or you dont level for sure
