Miyazaki is one of the only developers that actually makes video games nowadays. Sekiro was a frustratingly difficult game that I thoroughly enjoyed playing through all endings.
From Software's secret of success is not that they make difficult games. Anyone can make a difficult game. You just need to take any existing game and modify damage and hit points, that's all. What they do best, is creating difficult games that keep you engaged and make you feel like you'll succeed with every next try. It's very hard for a developer to fine tune this balance.

Damn the sound engineer that mixed it is a hero. This sounds better than most of the studio recordings. Dont forget its a 100 piece orchestra playing live, and this is the way it sounded during the real time broadcast. Amazing job. Hats off

As dumb as the game awards can be, I do think that the music bits are consistently awesome. Yeah, I’ve only seen this and 2020’s, but both are really good.
I'm late to the party, but I'm glad I stuck through the first 10 hours of the game. After finally beating Genichiro in Ashina Castle, it finally clicked with me. Sekiro is now my all time favorite game.

@@desertking7948 resident evil 2 is fine. With the exception of those 2 things, everything is entirely brand new. You put the two games side by side and people would think they are different games. Smash is more of a remake then re2 is.
My personal view: dont play sekiro. Dont even watch the walkthrough. Because after u played the game, every other game feels.. Empty. Idk how to describe it. Even ragnarok is boring for me now. Goddamnit.

Death Stranding is a very good game but I finished Sekiro 8 times. Never did that for any other game before and Sekiro was my first Fromsoftware game!
