I use the additional revenue when calculating months to pay off since that is what the production actually contributes (basically return on investment). The oil mill takes 24-30 months to pay for itself. Compare that for example with a large greenhouse producing lettuce, if you get the water for free, it pays for itself in 8 months.
A video showing which productions are full, and which are divided (plus an explanation of what that means for those who don't know, obviously) would be really helpful.
Oil mills are extremely important. Oil is the most important ingredient of Rubicon tires. As we have learned in Antarctica, Rubicons don't work very well without tires to get them across your field.
I have 546,000L of canola in my silo ive been taking out loans and just paying it off via my small wind turbine and about 3 small solars and 1 small wind for awhile😂 but TODAY IS SELL DAY and this video was perfect timing bc im harvesting my last field and been wondering.

I'll be honest I never really used the oil mill in 22 and 25 seems even crappier
i'll wait for mod mills to come out that hold and put out more

Um, right comment but wrong video... lol
@@coryhoskinz7681 It's grammatically correct to put the word, "Rubicon," in every sentence that you write.
Are there any restrictions in game about running multiple oil mills to have more output per month?
@OUsniper1 i haven't tested max number but in fs22 it was abound 40ish
If you want to get rid of the flickering Reshade download works great
def worth it to me, payed off in 12 month is pretty fast!

Ill use them most when I have modded productions and they need oil
Sad to see the Oil Mill continuing to be one of the worst investments in the game
I think I will pull out one of the base game small versions and mod it to be a bit better
where can we get these "spreadsheets" you always mention
Buy one for each output
I would do the same, but with 1 from mod hub that produces more, when it's released on mod hub
