      yeah, agree...I tried a few of those, and then I got the Espada blue light gadget which helped tremendously with my problem. I do not have a very serious problem but I am very prone to break outs. The blue light therapy seems to be the solution in my case. It definitely helps with mild acne. Preventing or treating.

      I use Band-Aid brand Hyrdo Seal Multi Purpose hydrocolloid bandages for acne clusters and it is literally a godsend. The product doesn’t contain any acne fighting ingredients but it works exactly as these expensive pimple patches would. It’s also much cheaper and larger!!

      JavielElChico check out either the Cosrx Master Pimple Acne Patches ($6 for 24 patches) or the Clearasil Overnight Spot Patches ( about $10 for 18 patches)! I really like the Clearasil ones because they are so thin and they blend into skin pretty well. I’ve worn them during the day before when I had a really massive, bright red pimple and it completely toned down the redness. They consistently help flatten really bad pimples that would normally stay raised for days.

    Hi Susan! The concept of the ZitStickas seem cool, but I’ve seen so many mixed reviews about them. Have you tried the Cosrx Pimple Patches? The price points are drastically different ($30 vs $6) between these two brands, but so many more people (myself included) love the Cosrx ones. I know this video was sponsored, but I’d love to hear your honest thoughts! ❤️

    • @Athara26
      @Athara26 5 лет назад +24

      True. In my experience, when using CosrxRx pimple patches, they only work well if the head is out and to all the drain the junk (I also need to pop the pimple for it to work). They dont work as well when the pimple is deep in your skin. This microdart technology penetrates in your skin and helps sooth/get the head of the pimple out. However, this is just my experience :)

      Hi Deedee! I understand the price difference and while I was a fan of the Cosrx ones, I really love the concept of the microdarts because I always end up picking my pimples to get spot treatments to work, so this gets the ingredients into the pimple without picking. :)

As I, too, had clear skin my whole life, other than the monthly one that would appear around/near my chin. I hit mid 20s the game changed & I’m still playing catch up. Unfortunately, the water in my city is not good for my skin. So shower filter has been a greaT impression

    The Clearasil Overnight Spot Patches (about $10 for 18 patches) help speed up the healing process of really painful pimples for me. None of these patches are a miracle that will make everything vanish, but I really like the Clearasil ones because they are so thin and they blend into skin pretty well. I’ve worn them during the day before when I’ve had really massive, bright red pimples and it completely tones down the redness. They are rather undetectable on certain areas of the face. They consistently help flatten out really bad pimples that would normally stay raised for days. It’s basically just a hydrocolloid bandage, but these ones sit so well on the skin and have given me the best results out of all the ones I’ve tried!

      codemyster323 for some, maybe. I assumed ur talking about Mario’s drying lotion. I liked pimple patches more, bc I could never wear that stuff for long without it crumbling. I have only tried peace out acne healing dots & I escalate to a dot if Aztec clay doesn’t get it

    • @mariyakatelyn5642
      @mariyakatelyn5642 5 лет назад

      codemyster323 I use the drying lotion but it’s not the best. Yes, it dries out a pimple but it works by entirely killing off the skin in that area, damaging your skin and leaving horrible scarring. It’s straight up drying alcohol. Pimple patches tackle the bacteria while supporting the skin so they reduce the lifespan of the skin AND prevent the bad aftermath of hyperpigmentation and scars.

      I have bought the Cosrx patches so many times but recently decided to buy one that’s medicated from a brand called Avarelle. It’s the Acne Absorbing Patches with Tea Tree and Calendula Oil from Amazon and it has been more effective. Susan also recommended the differin gel in a recent video which has been helping greatly with my acne

    I bought ZitSticka.... you pay for their fancy Packaging! Would’ve like to see more product with less $ spent on packaging. Patches work ok- nothing exceptional, who knows if micro dart technology really works, They seemed the same as the other patches on the market for much much less money.

    Can you please review the microneedle patches from dr.jart?? They have some for wrinkles, under eye circles and one for dark spots !

    The brand names makes it seem like they have a Boston accent 😭

    I'm super interested in the microdart technology bc I've been using the Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch which I do like but I've found in some pimples that if they aren't close enough to the surface, even if they're large and visible, it won't pull the stuff out and it's basically a waste of a patch. However, I am very acne prone and often I'm using a couple at a time bc my skin isn't quite there yet, and I bought them in a large pack for that reason, I don't think I could shell out so much money for such a small amount of patches bc I use them almost every day 😭

    This is the same as Acropass Trouble Cure patches which are very reasonably priced & available from Korean sellers on ebay - I buy from sellers I have found to be consistently reliable.

    Guys the Wishtrend pimple patches in my opinion are the TOP of the line patches ! Better than peace out , clearasil, & cosrx (second best). They stay on ALL day and suck the pimples up ! Just make sure to follow the lines on the plastic sheet to get the patch off properly or you’ve wasted a perfectly good pimple patch !! I wish someone would’ve told me this lol

    Is a dermatologist someone to go to for finding the best skincare products? If not who should you go to for finding the best regimen?

      I believe estheticians are who you are looking for

    • @Maverickgouda

      Yeah an esthetician. Derms know more about conditions & prescription treatments + seem to really like cetaphil. I don’t feel like either always have a great idea of what’s out there (from me bringing up cult classics & bestsellers). Estheticians may even offer you products they trust & they are good at reading a label too. The regimen could take trial & error and advice will come from a variety of sources-the good ones I hope. Influencers and Sephora/ulta/lush salespeople know a good deal too, but think critically

    I used it. It works. Unfortunately, it’s over priced for the amount of patches you get. That’s a turn off big time. Stopped buying after the 2nd purchase. Just can’t anymore.

    I don't understand how people use pimple patches before their skincare and then layer it on top... I've tried doing that, and no matter how gently I apply things I always manage to either get product under the patch or just push it off. Maybe it's My fault for using pimple patches you can find at CVS but in my defense I'm not entirely sure where to buy other ones aside from amazon (I would explain why buying I from amazon wouldn't be a good idea but do I want to? No) and when I find them on other websites I can never justify spending $5 on patches, $5 on shipping, and not buying Any other products
