Hi Paula :) I really enjoy your videos I usually stick to two or three RUclips yoga channels and yours is one of them. With that being said this practice was a little strong for my legs as they were very tired from dance class last night. Wished it was a little deeper/yin but regardless thank you for all your content

Hi, is this suitable for pregnant woman?
Hello, this practice should be fine if you are in your 1st/2nd trimester - will depend on how you feel lying on your back for the first part of the practice and if anything does not feel right then back off from the pose. Hope that helps :) p.s. I do have a prenatal series available on the channel if you want to check it out
