- Lil' Daddy wants to know if You Can Flake It? Take anything you want, a Bike Frame, a Blender or a Bowling Ball, and Flake it out! What project will you submit? What kind of Rothrageous paint job can you apply to a daily household object? How will you customize that one thing that you can't live without?!
Chosen Artists who exemplify Lil' Daddy Roth products will be given the spotlight on Roth Academy as well as $75 worth of Roth Swag (Paint Products, Merchandise, Stickers, whatever!).
What do you need to do?! Send us video clips of you painting your masterpiece with Lil' Daddy Roth Products. We'll need to see your process as well as the finished project. Make sure to record in good lighting so that we can see what's goin' on!
*Recording Guidelines
How you film your project's process will greatly boost your chances of being featured and gettin' that Roth swag!
- Please record in good lighting so that we can clearly see the Metal Flake sparkle!
- Please record footage of the products you have used for the project.
- If possible, please record in 1920 x 1080 HD.
- Feel free to explain your process in the video so that viewers can understand your
personal approach to the project!

Question. I am going to do my motorcycle parts,fenders,tank,battery cover,oil tank cover, and the small headlight fairing over my headlamp and the air intake cover.. how many kits would I need to finish the job... thanks
Dooods, I got a question. I have a 14' aluminum boat I want to flake-a-fy. I am going to be putting mastic aluminum primer on the entire hull first. The top portion of the hull is about 16 inches x 14' and narrows at the front. How many cans of avalanche white then all in 1 twisted tangerine do you think i need? thanks maaan

This might be a stupid question... but I’m a noobie and wondering can I can I take “ blue meanie” flake and mix it into a clear coat and “brush” it on instead of spray? Can u spray a whole car with spray cans?
Hey guys, about to order a bunch of rattle cans to paint my bass guitar. I want to do a burst effect and I was wondering if I should get two different base coats to make the effect (grease black and surfite silver) and then just finish with flake and kandy (bad azzz blue). Or should I just do a single basecoat and make the burst with flake and kandy?
How did your guitar turn out ?
@@mitchellferre1652 I love how the burst turned out. There are some beginner mistakes, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. I’m actually planning on trying another build where I use water based stains for the base color and then candy and flake it up. A friend of mine wanted a best of both worlds build with nice figured wood grain and flake, so I figured I’d try it.
