This cover popped out for me since I did a lopper tutorial of the same song. It takes me (at least) two overdubs to do what you can do one time through. Bravo!
its not just the music.... its the way you play it! You add your own feel to the song... your body language just shows that you enjoy the song. I hope to one day be able to do just that...

@Missykicksassdude This guy speaks wisdom. You cannot ask the same level of interpretation and technical mastership from a kid than you seek into Ulli's interpretations. Differences in life experience makes Ulli's songs more mature and controlled, and Sungha's interpretations are more mechanical.
Both are incredible musicians, we just can't compare, as they are two completely different musicians.
This is one beautiful music. I absolutelly love it. Thank you Ulli :-)

@folkrav Ulli plays with more feeling.Every song of his songs tells a story.Sunghas songs are more technically complicated however lack emotion, but he's still young and who knows once he is more mature he might be better.

i like this guy and sungha about the same. but i agree with those of you who have been saying that ulli seems more calm and relaxed. but sungha seems more tense when he plays

@FieserKommentator in time sungha will grow emotionally. right now he's got the technical side down pretty well for his age, as he grows in life through experiences, he will be able to pour his soul into his music more.

The difference Between Ulli and sungha is simple, experience the Guy is out standing.
@FieserKommentator it's difficult to stay calm, if someone hasn't got a lot experience ^^ Sungha is still young and has a lot of time left to improve. From time to time he'll get calm.

i hear alot of people saying sungha is like a robot and doesnt express emotion when playing. but that is definitely not a bad thing. check out gorthon by robert taylor. he definitely seems like a robot but is an outstanding player. and then check out nordamerica by Pino Forastiere (video when hes prepped against a wall) to see a guy show alot of emotion :P

I would recommend this song for any beginner ( Get the cords right strumming then practice finger picking ) first BIG song to learn. Everyone when they play will have to at some point play in front of people and this song is Slow, people know it, thats what I mean by Big song. Even Ulli practices .
@Ericman2043 slap thing? for example that at 1:21 and 1:26? He hits the strings down on the neck for a little percussion.

@MrThomye No comparison intended, as I was simply describing facts that any musician should be able to point out : you cannot seek the same level of interpretation from a 14 years old kid than from a mature man.
Enjoy both, as they are both great talented musicians, probably better than almost anyone who came to see those videos...

@Ericman2043 you have to do a accurate stroke on the strings down on the neck, i think the thumb pick helps a little bit...and a little bit training, it is not that hard...
So much trolls, everyones a good writer and guitarist. There I solved the problem, now enjoy the music as it immerses your soul with mellowness and enjoyment. :)
if u want tabs, learn the song then learn the the words and how there sung then throw it together, ive dont the same thing with spell from marie digby, too bad i dont have a cam or a mic to post it

synJAKEa7x -- A stringed instrument's sound is kin to the human voice; therefore, a guitar can sing. Consider this! To speak, or sing, your vocal folds vibrate, just like the strings of a guitar. I hope that helped.
