For what it is worth, I think Goldich does great work writing on Seth Meyer's show, and his special was excellent. So now he has done stand-up for like 22 years to be recognised by a small subset of comedy and late night talk show nerds on the internet. It's like being Dino Stamatopoulos without having to be long-time friends with Andy Dick.

I randomly found this doing a deep dive on Wikipedia on where the term “Pinko” came from. It led to “Red Scare”, and that took me to “The Tick”, which led to Arthur and “Griffin Newman”. Being a giant FORMER Star Wars fan, this sounded right up my wheelhouse. I’m about to watch this for the first time, and the only thought going through my brain is,
“Is this the new Harmontown”?
