      Yes, he can certainly play all the notes, but I’m nothing more than an accomplished pianist and I can play all the notes of this piece too. It’s his tonal control and selection that makes this a real standout. Great stuff.

    How wonderful to watch this man understand and feel each note, each phrase, and try to play as the composer intended. He has worked hard to attain and play the perfect interpretation of this piece.

    • @muodyadept4447
      @muodyadept4447 Год назад +7

      how do you know what the composer intended? Also the phrase "pefect interpretation" dosent seem to make much sense. Interpretation is subjective therefore it cant be objectively perfect. Yes it can be better than other interpretations but only if you compare them by the same set of rules and rules by nature are limiting, which should be taken into account

    He has amazing wrist navigation! I just love the fluidity of his fingers, hand, wrist & elbow when he plays the Largo section. To me, he seemed just a little nervous, or maybe he moves so quickly that his fingers appear to quiver; however, he still performs brilliantly! His facial expressions are perfect!

  • @SamuelBastable
    @SamuelBastable 4 месяца назад +1

    Astoundingly beautiful. So soothing. The speed of playing is something of insanity, yet he still maintains that hauntingly soft, lilting and balanced sound that allows the melody to breathe.
    Keeping such a piece smooth and emotive with so much going on is a feat in itself, but he’s managed to encapsulate the beauty of the writing.
    I also love the way he gets lost in the music. That’s the sign of true passion for the music: When your face pulls all sorts of strange expressions and you don’t care because everything is invested in the music itself.
    Phenomenal.

    Great rendition.! One of the best I've ever heard so now. I liked the change he made in two measures. Counting from the end to the the beginning....they would be the number 13 and 14. He marked accents on Mi and Do sharp , instead of only Do sharp. This changed everything and now I can understand the melody that is hidden among these chain of semiquavers. I love this version, rendition and tecnique...
