Hello I really do appreciate you for being a big fan, thank you for your wonderful comments on my post,it really means a lot to me.I sincerely hope you never stop listening to my music
I remember when this song was new and it was the first George Ezra song I ever heard, I was hooked. Then I heard Budapest then Listen to the Man, and now Shotgun. Quite a road you have pathed for me, you, everyone else...us all to ride on and go with you on your journey of music and happiness. Thank You George for all you have made for us to listen to when we are happy, Sad, Mad and lonely.
blacklist made this song my favourite about 6 months ago and just came to mind to watch the visuals... i was actually thinking ezra was 60 to 80 year old man due to the voice and he is 27??? wow lolll
On our track team's two day trip we had a talent show in the hotel lobby. Me and my friend sang this song while he did the guitar part on a ukulele. Now every time I hear this song I'm overwhelmed with all the good memories from that trip. Thank you George for this song, it is now something I will love for the rest of my life.
My 3 Fav songs right now are: 1) George Ezra - Blame It on Me 2) Noah Clouds - The Magnificence Of Livin’ Wild & Free 3) Sam Smith - I'm Not The Only One HOT HOT HOT
When I first listened to George, I couldn't believe that he could have such a deep voice. Now that I've listened to him a lot, I can't associate his voice with anyone else.
This song is so upbeat and has a melody and rhythm so bright that it took me until today to finally realize he is talking about losing the girl to marriage on the hook. “When I dance alone and the sun’s beaming down… blame it on me” “When I lose control and the veils over you… blame it on me”
Your incredible voice is a given ... but the thing I love most about your music is that it lets us see other facets to you! That dark, *evil* side ... the warped humour side ... just love it! I have never bought an album and loved every song before ... that was until I bought yours!! My husband and I both have it on our phones and listen to it all the time ... *ADORE* Have you heard the rain ... and Oh my! I guess we all have that nasty little side in us! ;-) Loving this album so much, and cannot wait for the next one .. I need more!!
It is actually him! I can't believe you people think he is lip singing! He just has a low voice, so go tell someone else that they are lip singing. Cause George isn't.
His voice when he speaks is complete different though. He sounds more like early 20s, with a face of teenager he he... But he can sing with low voice and it's hard not to imagine the song is being sung by a 50-60 yr old man, presumably colored skin. He's done well, absolutely!

Este hombre tiene una de las mejores voces de la actualidad, y sí, es cierto que su imagen parece extraña a su voz, pero eso lo hace mas interesante aún...me encanta¡¡¡
When i discovered this song on VH1, i was in the living room with my grandmother. It was a quite afternoon and this song stuck us all of a sudden. She didn't speak or understand English but she just loved his voice and the music video and the tune of the song. When we got a smart TV, this was the first song she asked me to play for her. We listened to it together end of number of times after that. It's been 5 years since she passed away and this song reminds me of her every single time. There will always be a little bit of her element in this song. I'm so glad we bonded over such a good song.
If you ever need to do CPR,, I think it works as it is 103 beats or around that. I actually did CPR to this at St John cadets We are blessed with this voice. I hope this song stays around with future generations.😍😀😛
It's not raining, that's just how he feels, like everything bad happens to him. Like when you see the two girls sun bathing on the car, the wheater is fine
One of the most beautiful natural voices of our generation along with Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith. These are the artists that our kids will still think are amazing even when they're old
Have to come back ever so often just to read the comments and give my flowers 💐 ! This song has gotten me through so much, his voice is so uplifting for some reason !!!!
Me and my dads song was shotgun every time I picked up my son after being In a 16year abused marriage and got divorced. It got me in the right head head space . My dad was my everything and I chose that song at his funeral it’s my way of him singing my emotions and him being by his side . Thank you for that

Now I don’t talk or hangout with those friends anymore as we all went our separate ways but the memories and emotions I shared during that time will always be cherished and this gem of a song will forever hold a place in my heart

I have always loved my visits to Toronto. I live inthe Buffalo/Niagara area of New York.
Sad wen friends part ways . Growing old is a bitch
I live in Downtown as well. We may hangout some day in this same song
I’m a huge fan of George

Interesting...
George Ezra is so talented. I've been listening to his music for about a year now. I went to a Sam Smith concert in Chicago and the crowd was so dead when George opened... which is understandable because no one was familiar with his music but some guy even shouted "IS THIS YOUR LAST SONG YET?!" very audibly and I was so pissed. George's music is a lot more mature than what people would expect, everyone needs to give him a chance! Cassy O', Budapest, and Blame It on Me are amazing songs! Plus he's adorable and goofy. Love this guy. HOWEVER; his band is a little lackluster. I swear his bass player (although SUPER attractive) didn't smile once and looked so bored the entire time.
People can be really stupid sometimes, especially at concerts :s
I'd keep it shorter in future.
I live in Budapest and I'm very sad when people say they hate Ezra because he's singing about a hungarian town.I know that feeling.
Hey I was there too! I think after waiting several hours in the cold and then having George's set delayed for half an hour made the crowd restless. We all were ready to see Sam, but this man had a great set given his time constraints.
His band is awesome! I had the chance to speak with the drummer and he's so nice!

George has an amazing singing voice! His style and calmness is something in which you can’t find anywhere else! He’s always been my favorite!
blacklist made this song my favourite about 6 months ago and just came to mind to watch the visuals... i was actually thinking ezra was 60 to 80 year old man due to the voice and he is 27??? wow lolll
L'épisode où on poursuit Élisabeth Keen.
This song never gets old. No matter how much I listen, I never get bored.
The Blacklist: Season 3 E8 · Kings of the Highway.
HIS VOICE DEFINES PERFECTION. 2022 ANYBODY HERE ?
Me!
We need some new stuff from him , I would love to have the ability to write songs like this ✌🏻
Such an amazing song. 8 Years and still blasting this =)
I love these songs : they cheer me up when I look out the window and see that its still raining. Cheer up, England!
I know. I love it too. And I live in Copenhagen.
This is incredible! So happy this song now has a video, can't put into words how much I love this song
My 3 Fav songs right now are:
1) George Ezra - Blame It on Me
2) Noah Clouds - The Magnificence Of Livin’ Wild & Free
3) Sam Smith - I'm Not The Only One
HOT HOT HOT
Totes Agree!

You're the hot one
Yes all amazing songs
And Jake Bugg
this song needs more recognition. it is amazing and deserves more views seeing that it has been on youtube for 1 month. bloody brilliant song
Love George Ezra's voice the best ❤️❤️🌹🌹
Everything that followed was karma for littering in the beginning.
omg
Why does this not have more likes
Hahah true. That's you you dont throw garbage everywhere
truuuuuuue
lmao
When I first listened to George, I couldn't believe that he could have such a deep voice. Now that I've listened to him a lot, I can't associate his voice with anyone else.
Music in 2020 is absolute crap. But this song is very good. It has 'soul' and his voice has matured character. I thought he was an old black dude.
This song is so upbeat and has a melody and rhythm so bright that it took me until today to finally realize he is talking about losing the girl to marriage on the hook.
“When I dance alone and the sun’s beaming down… blame it on me”
“When I lose control and the veils over you… blame it on me”
Poor kid can't catch a break. Moral of the story: Don't litter folks.
Hehe
Max Caulfield: I will just rewind it
Chloe: do you really want to create a tornado that follows you from town to town?
Max: good point
George really knows how to lift my spirits and forget all about the bad things in the world love him ❤️❤️
The most UNDERRATED singer.😍😍😍😍😍😍
Who is here in 2024?
Soundtrack of any trip.
*ADORE* Have you heard the rain ... and Oh my! I guess we all have that nasty little side in us! ;-)
Loving this album so much, and cannot wait for the next one .. I need more!!
I swear you were a soul singer in another life ... your voice .. holy cow!! And so young .. just amazing!
this song has no expiration date, it will forever be as legendary as the singer who sings it
Wow never expected some young kid to be singing. Very talented young man.
HE SINGS LIKE AN ANGEL
I wonder what voice part he sings...
Probably a Baritone. :) He can sing both low Bass notes and high Tenor notes. ^_^
Completely forgot about this song,
this was all over the radio in the car whilst going to school.
Great song!
I DID NOT EXPECT THAT VOICE TO COME OUT OF THAT GUY'S MOUTH HOLYSHIT
ほんとうに黄色いレンガ道を通って行きたいのだな?
His voice and melody makes me happy.
Im Japanese so I surprised to hear Japanese in his video!
私もイントロでビックリしました😂
Young man.. Mature voice .. Perfect
I tried to sing this song! not sure it works without his voice though... It's amazing how this guy sings
I liked your version too :P
Thank youu
His voice is very mature.amazing.doesnt match his baby face.
„Liz where are you? There are coming...“, Raimond Red Reddington Blacklist🖤😍
I love THE BLACKLIST, it will always be my favorite show❤😎😊
Isto é que é voz!... Que vozeirão! Sou fã. Portugal. 🇵🇹
How does this guy get his voice to be made of caramel and fancy cigars?
It is actually him! I can't believe you people think he is lip singing! He just has a low voice, so go tell someone else that they are lip singing. Cause George isn't.
He has a very Avicii type of Music. I thought it was something else
Kinsley Hodge Yeah I love George he is my Favourite singer and I've heard him live and his voice sounds EXACTLY the same as his albums!
His voice when he speaks is complete different though. He sounds more like early 20s, with a face of teenager he he... But he can sing with low voice and it's hard not to imagine the song is being sung by a 50-60 yr old man, presumably colored skin. He's done well, absolutely!
He sound Like Tom Hardy wend he sing lil bit of Johnny Cash
The people you're talking about don't believe he is lip singing his voice just doesn't really match his look
"Blame It On Me"
The garden was blessed by the Gods of me and you
We headed west for to find ourselves some truth, ooh
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
We counted all our reasons, excuses though we made
We found ourselves some treasure, and threw it all away, ooh
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
When I dance alone, and the sun's beating down,
Blame it on me
When I lose control and the veil's overused,
Blame it on me
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
Caught in the tide of blossom, caught in the carnival
Your confidence forgotten, I see the gypsies rule, ooh
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
When I dance alone, and the sun's beating down,
Blame it on me
When I lose control and the veil's overused,
Blame it on me
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
When I dance alone, and the sun's beating down,
Blame it on me
When I lose control and the veil's overused,
Blame it on me
When I dance alone, I know I'll go
Blame it on me ooh
When I'll lose control, I know I'll go
Blame it on me ooh
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
What you waiting for?
No, what you waiting for?
George Ezra has a truly unique singing voice and I love it 😀😀😀😃😃🤑🤑🤑😎😎😎❤️❤️❤️🎤🎤🎤.
Is it just me or would it be amazing if George and Paulo Nutini got together for a session?
Who's that?
Siobhan Hogan Thacker my thoughts exactly
Ohhhh! Him!
Siobhan Hogan Thacker Coincidently I was thinking I'd love to hear Paulo Nutini do Budapest.
Omggagaggsgs yes

GlasBak Amsterdam i know, same. Didn't know how to put it in words, but you did!
Este hombre tiene una de las mejores voces de la actualidad, y sí, es cierto que su imagen parece extraña a su voz, pero eso lo hace mas interesante aún...me encanta¡¡¡
His voice belies his age. He's really a masterful singer, with some magical songs.
7 year's have passed and still many people doesn't even know this master piece exist! O come onnnn🤩🤩
He deserves more views! He's a great artist!
George Ezra! Favorit Artist!❤
Love love love George's voice.
I love how much effort they put into making this music video
Happy birthday George!!
Wow this is fantastic. That voice is unique ❤❤❤🤗👍💯👏👏👏👏👏💯👏👏👏
My life in 3min
I relate to this 😂
lpl
+Emma Keck *lol
agree
hahhahaha the same here ^^
If you ever need to do CPR,, I think it works as it is 103 beats or around that. I actually did CPR to this at St John cadets
We are blessed with this voice. I hope this song stays around with future generations.😍😀😛
George, you better go back and pick up that cup!!!
Yeah, ecology first!
That's exactly what i thought too! I HATE LITTER, AND THE PEOPLE THAT DO IT.
Duffy
Are you aware its a music video lol...? PLEB. stop gurning.
***** Are you aware I was being sarcastic? Apparently not.
I forgot how much I love this song!
when it starts raining, why did george throw his guitar case down? It woulda been a perfect umberella
I was thinking exactly the same thing😂😂 like wyd george
Jaimee-leigh Devereux The
It's not raining, that's just how he feels, like everything bad happens to him. Like when you see the two girls sun bathing on the car, the wheater is fine
He just doesn’t give a fuck anymore
Jaimee-Leigh Devereux I would rather go wet than carrying a heavy guitar case.
I love his music. His voice is so beautiful.
My brother loved George Ezra's songs
One of the most beautiful natural voices of our generation along with Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith. These are the artists that our kids will still think are amazing even when they're old
Oh man! I wish this song lasted longer!! 🙌🏽
that guitar??? seriously??
What is that supposed to mean?
I mean, that guitar has been crushed by the car
syeanne stella 0:23 Cool
***** I'm gonna kill the person who crushed my guitar like that haha
syeanne stella lol.
I think this is my most favourite music video ever.
But what did George do to deserve all this.
I meant George in this video clip not the actual him..if you understand. George can handle all that he's a big boy.
it made me smile :)
He littered at the beginning
I was 13 when this came out. Pure nostalgia for me.
Thank you for that
Thanks for the love🙏
