我今晚浸返熱隻鴨,另外用燒汁、指天椒煮自家醃嘅咸酸菜放碟底,隻鴨斬件放面,隻鴨本身都夠味,而且啲肉粉嫩,食落彈牙唔嚡口,真係不得之了👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
其實呢只包裝冰鴨在疫情前已在X康超市買過了,當時贵過E家, 跟包裝指示用高温煮, 口感不好, 沒有再買. 見Chef你用低温慢煮, 又令我想再做返一次試. 很喜歡今集的介紹, 適合我d又要煮又懶又想省功夫啲, very like

很久以前,家母的年夜飯必有香信炆鸭,原隻鸭略炸以后,伴以大量香信,连鸭肚都塞滿,然后炆足数小時,醬汁略帶甜味,上桌后,香信一扫而光。如今市面上已無香信出售,很多人连香信是什么都不知道。

Chef Ricky, 今次依集好適合all range class 去收看. 因為大眾化價錢, 廚具同食譜就可以跟足你方式嚟做. 雖然我唔識煮嘢食, 不過覺得好簡單. 另外, 如果可以有啲recipe 或者煮食方式, 適合只有AirFryer, 光波爐, 水波爐等等嘅家庭去試煮, 我諗更多人參考. 因為普遍家庭都係400 - 500 呎以下, 廚具又不足. 再者, 劏房朋友都係一個market segment. 當然, 如果你哋製作團隊並非想以依個market segment作題材, 係可以ignore.
