If you are not use to farming its a really easy misstake to make. Remeber the machinery sticks out 6-8 meter on each side. Even if you think you have large margin, that may not be the case.
“Why have they put a telegraph pole there?” I don’t know, maybe you should start by asking every person who has ploughed that field since 1920, who managed to miss it. 😂
Where I live they are usually quite chill about it. They typically dont charge the farmers for stuff like this Also the company have to pay the farmers land rent for the poles. Its not a huge amount, a few bucks per pole and year. But if you have a lot of them, it does become a decent amount.
@@20chocsaday The rent cost is based on estimated land value. They have a pretty wide rage around the pole that is rented, something like 5 meters. No farmer ever leave that much clearance. We usually gave it like a meter and a half.
@@pamukpickerI don't even think it was a Rental? I think Charlie mentions that it was "on loan from the manufacturer" aka it was an advertisement deal to subtly promote the product
I fell down on the ground laughing when my father forgot the poles and put the one way discs the wrong way headed at a pole. He never said there would be daze like this… lol 😂❤😂 sometimes, you just need to stop, unhitch, and get a chain to pull things back backwards. And with patience get your self free 😅. As an experienced farmer, I’ve pulled many things out of ditches… usually it’s a ditch. At least in Saskatchewan they outnumber roads two to one … odds are even.
One time I hit a concrete well with the back dual tire. I was turned round the other way looking at my fertilizer spreader and then 💥 had to buy a new rim. 😑
Dear Jeremy we enjoy your show and everything that you do we are huge fans and happy we get to see you doing such adventurous farming business building.

What's your favourite farming fail from Clarkson's Farm? 🐑
WANNA SEE EDITS ?
Episodes 1-16 😂
Aucun si de pas avec tout protéger de la grêle 😢😅
I learn lessons from his failures.
So so so useful for me. ❤
Thnx JC🎉

Like a disappointed father 😂
We're like a disappointed son.
homer simpson in real life
Столб через поле перебегал.
Kaleb's face sums up his thoughts about Jeremy 😂😂
He was not impressed, that's for sure. Haha
Kaleb didnt even have words he was just speechless 😂
As a Farmer, I am full of admiration for your divided attention
😂
He can drive super cars around a tight track but can’t drive a tractor around a big open field 😂😂😂😂
Well he has done one more than the other.
You can see how wide the car is but towing something is behind you 😂
He drove the tractor past no bother, he forgot he had a machine on the back that was wider
Just what I was thinking!😊
@@LG1ikLxyour point is?
Kaleb’s face every time ends me
It couldn't get any more Clarkson than this. The real Jezza.
Almost like it was scripted😂
Still funny tho.
Hilarious, love Jezza, "why have they put a telegraph pole there?". First reaction from Clarkson is always who can i blame 😅
He hit a post in the middle of the paddock. 🙄
May & Hammond would get a lot of mileage out of that blunder.
Please move on from Top Gear, that’s in the past
@@tom4412Sir, two important things
Top gear is amazing, we will never move on from it.
Have you heard of “the Grand Tour?”
@@tom4412 what? :D

Kaleb deserves every bit of success he gets
Tengo que seguir viendo esto
I did appreciate how they were getting others exposure
You can’t say anything bad about him
He should have his own show
Dlaczego
"Clarkson's Farm" is some of the best comedy ever! Love Kaleb!
He hit the telegraph pole when they were testing tractors on Top Gear as well. Maybe his genius just gravitates towards it?
Because it is a show. To grab attention.
Stop spoil their fun. They still thing it's real.
This is wonderful true Clarkson. At his best. Reality.
That one look from Kaleb is worth a million words 😂
Kaleb's face haha
Only Clarkson could've hit literally the only thing standing out surrounded by nothing in like a mile radius.
you would think that would be more a richard thing
How did this lad get his licence, I forgot we Paid for it true the BBC licence 😉
It's easy enough to do. He's definitely not the first farmer to hit one.
If you are not use to farming its a really easy misstake to make. Remeber the machinery sticks out 6-8 meter on each side. Even if you think you have large margin, that may not be the case.
😂😂 Love Jeremy Clarkson. His curse and reaction couldn't have sounded any more English. 🤣 😂

Wait til he gets the bill for damaging the pole😂
C'est pas le poteau qui va coûter le plus cher dans cette affaire.

Great, so now all our telegraphs are going to be delayed.

Is this why I have 300ms ping!!?? FFS this is why no one wants to play with me.😢😢
Its called a telegram STOP lern2spel STOP
Hahaha😂😂😂
Living and learning, Jezza. That's the way to do it.
This was hilarious!😂
It.s a power line, there are no Telegraph Poles in fields.
Yes its a power line pole, and yes there are telephone poles in fields.
Kaleb! It's all your fault, you let him try to drive it!
Im glad we dont use telegraph anymore. Mr Clarkson, I need you!
Seen the pole Rare view how Jeremy Clarkson didn't see it 😂😂
Clarkson was born in telegraph times, that's why it happened😂
That look is just priceless 😂
Who put that telegraph pole there??😆😆😆😂😂😂👍
Kaleb just spawns everytime Jeremy fks up.

This stuff just happens- have worked on a farm for years- it’s so frustrating too!
"To be fair, it was camouflaged."
This is why you leave farming to actual farmers Jeremy!

This happens when you do something,if he continued on the scene wouldn’t have the same final👌🤗🤗🤗big hug to the greatest in his field!
I hope you, Hammond, and May come out with a program like your Clarkson Collection or have them out to the farm and test cars.
Happens all the time to real farmers.
Jeremy takes the farm very seriously. It's a real job to him like any other farmer. The filming is add on
Just love the look on Jacobs chops!. 🤣 Nuff said.
He looks like this the last time he could borrow any machinery from him😅

I watched both series and I loved it!
Love everything about this show the ups and the downs I like it when they get more ups ❤

As a farmer, when that happens, you check if the tractor has sustained damage or not... And then you GTFO
Looks like it’s the only pole in that whole field and he still hit it 😭
What are the Poles doing on Jeremy’s farm?
Keeping the wires up! 🤭🤭😁😁😁

Those darn Hawkstone Lagers in the morning!! Cheers 🍻
To be fair, they were still using the telegraph in his youth. Now that the pole is damaged, he has to use Morse code to call the Jandarms.
What you need to do is give Oliver a call at Snowball Engineering. He repairs all farming equipment, plus a whole lot more!
A vast, empty field, and he still manages to hit a telephone pole!
