How much do you think they would have to need aqua tail damage to make him unstoppable during it? Half damage? I think no matter how powerful the fact a single stun interrupts it will always make it bad. Maybe they could still keep the damage of the second part of aqua tail?
I don’t mind them buffing it but what does annoy me is that, even if I or the team suppress it and bully the lane, it will just randomly evolve quickly and reach its power spike with little input from the Magikarp player. I’m all for Gyarados buffs but I don’t know about both.

For mewtwo the audio bug is when it mega evolves and uses any of its attacks. Cant hear anything
Im using scope/ claw and att weight and its working fine for me. Maybe i should drop scope for mb, but i love them crits :D
