    If you live in a salty drinks culture (we drink a lot of pickle juice and ayran in Turkey) , kefir or pickle juice are easy to drink. We all start to drink them when we are toddlers. Kambucha on the other hand is not common and not easy to drink for us too.

      same as we in Poland we drink salty fermented cucumber in brine juices :) -- fermented juice is healthy (as this video says) and salt causes liquids stays in blood longer keep us longer hydrated (BUT overdosing salt can kill you because blood pressure increase as too much liquids in blood not good)

    5:50 if u are not used to eat these food regularly u will have very long visit on the toilet for few days :D :D

    My entire life I could never balance with my eyes closed although I am far aboth average in balancing with my eyes open. What does that mean for me? O.o

    Damn I'd love to eat alot of takeways and sugary foods and still look like i can run 2 marathons 🤷🏾‍♂️ geeze. Are you sure mate? Lol

    You should ask why dairy milk is supplemented with calcium. The proteins in milk and eating meat cause your blood to become acidic and it leaches the calcium from your bones.

      It's true and we only absorb a fraction of calcium in supplements. Several servings of dark leafy greens gives us adequate calcium levels and cows get theirs from the grass they're designed to eat, as well. Now, they're given corn with vitamin supplements to decrease time between birth and slaughter. In Argentina, it's 18 months. In the States, 6 weeks. Then people eat meat loaded with growth hormone and don't know why they're in such poor health.
