Crazy how everyone talks about the noise but has no idea what they are putting into their tranny system or how it even works. This man broke it down so easy and simple and how and why you have to to fix the noise.
Ok cool, I always thought it was the best idea to just run the strongest diff available but I’d never heard of matching your diff to your tires. Glad I heard this before I spent way too much money on something that wouldn’t really fit my car’s driveability
I always try to support small business but I still would go with a full spool I'm a cheap bastard and that looks like a piece of very expensive art for your car's rear end you will never see again tell it breaks a axle . but if you have the money it would beat the shit out of chirping the tires every time you turn a corner
Please continue to break down as many auto components as you guys are able! Very incredible content!
Main lession from this . If you wanna run a big boi diff , you gotta run big boi tires or your gunna get big boi noise.
No bois allowed, only johnnies

Love how the people at hoonigan are all car enthusiasts
Kaaz is a legend great content 👍
Thank you Ray and the Hoonigans! My brain just grew a little bit more, normally RUclips content does the opposite.
I love this guy! (RAY) Friction plates and the gear arrangement is brilliant (obviously). I am perusing their webpage right now. Top choice!
We need a longer version with all the different types of lsd's please
This technical content is so great - please continue to post it and educate us all!
Would have been nice to have him explain the differences between a 1-Way, 2-Way and 1.5 Way for people who don't know.
Love the education videos! Keep them coming to educate the people

Maybe I'm not smart enough but I couldn't understand how it works
Samuel F. Search "differential explained". You'll find a black and white video called "around the corner" that makes it really simple to understand
cool

I was about to comment "kikawa is back!...and he looks terrible" before realizing that wasn't kikawa
You should stop talking and let the guy that actually knows what's going on present the information we're interested in.
