The sheik was answering to the question asked by the brother to the question what advise will you give for the ones who are facing difficulties to marry?
The sheik replied by being chaste is important then only one could enjoy the pleasures of nikkah.. never indulge in any haram stuffs as it will prevent from tasting the sweetness of the marriage also being chaste helps one get a successful and valuable marriage life...and atlast he prayed for those who are singles to make it easy for them to get married.

My summary: If one finds it difficult to get married they should be patient and ensure that they remain chaste for the sake of Allah until the Almighty blesses them with a spouse. In many cases, the difficulty of getting married (for men at least) is lacking the means to establish and support a marriage. However, for all one knows, it could be the case that marriage is the stepping stone that leads one to financial independence. While this is an exciting possibility, one should not become so blinded by their desire to marry that they lose the ability to act rationally and intelligently for these are two necessary traits a Muslim should have. When finally undergoing the process of nikkah, those who succumb to their passions and have engaged in unlawful relationships will not experience the full extent of novelty and joy that the steadfast and patient will.

thank you, but this is an extremely useless advice. What you said is basically the same as saying, to get money, you just stay away from Haram cash. While mentioning nothing about having to study, work hard, be smart, apply for jobs actively. Etc.
you basically gave a half answer which makes young men and women even more frustrated. May Allah guide you.
