Abba Vader U alleen, een eigen improvisatie gespeeld, door Gert van Hoef in de Martinikerk te Bolsward.
Een mooi verstild stuk, in een helaas weer veel te rumoerige kerk.
Rustig , pragtig. Gert , mooi gedaan. Inderdaad; Abba Vader.

Gert,ik woon in Amerika maar luister elke dag naar orgelspel vanuit Nederland. Vroeger ging ik wekelijks naarfeike asma in rotterdam luisteren. Jij bent nu mi8jn meest geliefde organist om naar te luisteren. Ik het diaba Vader bijna elke dag een ppar keer aand. Hartelijk bedankt. Frans Mast Sr.

I believe that you are European (Germany?). I hope you can understand my comment. I have searched RUclips and the Internet for 6 months for the best of organ music to soothe the soul, and to inflame the passions. My journey ended when I found one of your videos. I proceeded to immerse myself in your God-given talent. And how surprised I am at how young you are! I have listened to much older virtuosos who could be your students. Bravo!!! Great job my young fellow. Thanks for sharing your talent.

I don't think a pearl in an oyster opens anything, certainly not itself (whoever heard of an open oyster?). So, do take care with your metaphors. That was just silly. I hope Jan makes a video of him playing the organ. Can you make that happen, like an oyster or something?

Heel mooi en desondanks een beetje herrie in de achtergrond ben ik blij dat je het advies van Jan gevolgt hebt en het publiek heb gemaakt. Het was natuurlijk impromtu een opname en niet tijdens een concert.

Perhaps with this one there was a bit of a confusion, but you all seem to work together so well. I loved the piece as well. Grand old organ.

Deze prachtige improvisatie heb ik inmiddels regelmatig kunnen beluisteren tijdens je concerten vorig jaar, bijv. in het muziekschuurtje, op de kleine Belties, in de Ger Kerk Ommen en hier tijdens je orgelspel in Bolward, maar de meest mooie en complete versie staat toch op je DVD van je najaarsconcert, die is subliem!
Heb je net ontdekt. Wel wat laat,maar ik geniet er iedere avond van. Wat een gave om een orgel zo te bespelen. Fantatisch. Ben zeer onder de indruk

Many people in the USA wish to meet you and to hear and enjoy your performing, Gert. But, just know that there are also noisy people in the USA, but usually not at concerts or during sacred worship times.

Op 5:50 kijk je zo ontroerend omhoog, zichtbare emotie op je gezicht van de mooie klank van je registratie. Dit orgel kan je dan ook echt ontroeren.

I really envy you Gert, in being able to improvise on those beautiful historic organs. Someday, I would like to go to The Netherlands and ask you to take me on a tour. Have you played the Arp Schnitger at Zwolle? :)

I agree with timothyj1966. I didn't like the tremelo. In fact, I rarely like the tremelo so you can ignore my opinion. Great playing though!
