I just picked this exact white one up this up last Wednesday, with 2 miles on the clock, already have 60 on her I believe, and she’s amazing for beginners, it’s all I need or want atm, feels good, she can get on the highway just fine for me, I cruise around 65-80 cuz I don’t need to go faster than that, with that; I’d have better braking distance, reaction time and etc. I’m 5’6 around 180 lol
@@jonathanperez5529 I’m like 30 on the seam, so yes I can place the ball of my feet down, but not flat, like the toes and a little bit one, ofc with one foot is perfectly fine and which is how you’d normally be, great bike, it’s good enough for just about anything, I already have like almost 500 miles on her already
@@Ivanitis I mean if you want, it’d vary on your weight too, I just took my 400 on the highway yesterday for 90 miles straight and she handled just fine, as my previous comment, I cruised between 75-86 depending on traffic and it was enjoyable.
What Dylan has failed to mention is that this is an awesome bike for EVERYONE. I have owned over 40 motorcycles in my 56 years [mx/trials/road] and this is the best bike i have owned. Dont have to worry about speeding and police just get out and enjoy the electronic gizmo free ride experience. Fairings provide excellent wind protection which cant be said for adventure bikes and Enfield 650 style bikes. That wind noise and buffeting from no fairings is so horrible that the longer the distances you ride the worse it is. I leave my 2 big powerfull sports bikes in the shed lol. Only thing to budget extra for is a decent quality rear shock. I change the fork oil every 5000km with 20W at 500cc each leg and the forks are excellent even touring with luggage. A really capable fun bike that we dont get in that superb colour in my country 😪
Any rider can fit on a Ninja 400, but due to the nature of sportbikes, your legs will be tucked and that may be more uncomfortable for those with longer legs. We recommend stopping by a dealership and sitting on one to feel out if you're okay with the sportbike leg positioning. Sportbikes are not made to be the most comfortable ride, just a heads up!
You would get that range if you ran it to Almost completely empty. Gets 50-60 with regular driving and has 3.7 gallons so you could see 200 miles but that’s probably the max.
KAWASAKI NEVER RELEASED THE NINJA 400 AS A BEGINNER BIKE, THIS TITLE WAS GIVEN BY AMERICANS FROM THEIR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCES. THIS BIKE WILL KILL A BEGINNER, HELL, EVEN THE SCOOTERS THATS BEING BUILT TODAY ARE LOOKING MORE AND MORE LIKE MOTORCYCLES WITH SPEEDS OF 80, 90, AND 100 MPH, WHICH WILL ALSO KILL A BEGINNER. ITS A SHAME, THE DEMAND FOR MORE POWERFUL SCOOTERS HAS THEM BEING PUSHED TO THE MAX...
While it may not have been Kawi's intention, they have fully embraced the Ninja 400 as a beginner sportbike. See this description on the Kawasaki website: "A low seat height and aggressive styling with LED headlights make the Ninja 400 the ideal choice for riders." Also, any bike that classifies as a scooter must have an underbone or step-through frame, a seat, and a platform for the rider's feet and is between 50-249ccs (which cannot exceed over 60 mph. Anything smaller is classified as a moped, and anything above is classified as a motorcycle.
im 5'1" with 28" inseam. im on the balls of my feet and can handle the bike just fine. did a ride from san diego to phoenix, no prob. its a fun bike and more than enough power for s beginner. NO the bike was not lowered. left it as it was from factory.

Will a normal sized person fit on this okay, say 6'2" and 230 lbs?

Would you recommend this bike for a big and tall rider? (6"5, 320 lbs)
no way dude, look at the ninja 650

Have you gotten, or have a customer that has gotten 200 miles on a tank?
Edit sport riding not cruising around 50mph

What kind of gasoline do you fill your motorcycle with?
I like this color but sad to say only black is available in the Philippines 😔

do you ship to Massachusetts?
Unfortunately, we do not ship out of state, but you can always come pick it up!
