I live in an appartment. And I play setter for people under 16 but people above 18 take my spot when they join. When I play as a setter with them, if I make a mistake they change my position. 😭
Some of the people playing are beginners so they don't know the technique for blocking. Plus a lot of our players aren't tall enough to block so we typically only have one or two blockers on a team.

Most of the people playing are from our volleyball club, sometimes members bring their friends as well. We just do matches against ourselves.

U should try spiking at the back than tossing it again just a suggestion:)
I sometimes do back hits, but I need the pass to be high enough for me to properly spike it.
