Hi Paul. Kokadama certainly has proved to be a great way to grow lots of different plants. It shows that plants can survive in just a little moisture and it's consistent (as long as you don't let it dry out completely). Definitely a novel way of growing your plants. Very interesting anyway.
@@renatecormick7399 you’re so right. I e been able to leave my succulents for a month at a time with minimal affects. Definitely has helped me with maintenance. Tysm for your comment. You rock!!! 😃👍🏼
Hello Paul Thank You for the Great video; Perfect timing too.I was just going back to look at Your kokadama videos since I was finally able to make one for one of my Bird nest snake plants suffering after 2 years from the start of root rot; Have a Great Week.👋🏼💐🤗
I’ve watched a lot of kokedama tutorials. Ive never seen such tiny ones 😳 Seems ok on the smaller succulents but looks pretty silly on the bromeliad. It should be more in proportion to the plant. Since it’s suffering from something, I would replace it with something more appropriate to its size. Just my two cents.
@@GreenWitch1 I hear you. Larger moss ball could help it rot. It’s more of a small moss wrap than an actual Kokedama. For me, it’s easier this way. I can hang it, place in a mug or cool planter, etc. but what I found is an ant nest. That’s right. Ants were living in that and some of the other potting mixes. I took care of it tho. Not a fan of ants. Thanks so much for your comment. 😃
