What a bugger on the puncture..hence why I always carry 2 tubes these days. You are a great advocate for Lancashire Tourism! 👍 I need to have a helpful word with Clare about her bike position too! 🤣
@@Cyclingpsyman absolutely agree, I'm being brave. I am in Chorley after a drawn out cycling journey for 36 years. Love to rock up in Garstang and join some time.
@@Cyclingpsyman Thanks for the info, few issues on the bike needs sorting. I rode and raced for with Central Lancs many years ago but it's been a long time since a rode in a group.
The wooded area looks really pleasant.
The cycling lanes around Lancaster are well worth a visit.

I've now fixed that tube too, tightened up the valve core with pliers. Nothing better than riding around the lanes on a sunny day 😊
Looked like fun, shame about the puncture.
Good to get the practice at fixing them.
RUclips is being shocking on comments tonight. Great ride as always. Does the lady in orange need a saddle drop?
Thanks. Far be it from me to comment on the bike fit of others.

@@Rob_Evs you'd be most welcome. Rides leave at 9:30, usually 3 rides to choose from of varying length and pace.
