@@dwightwordlaw5170 Home owner association fee. According to Zillow, HOA of 4,275/month. The real killer is the 122k property tax from 2023. Throw in insurance and utility…. Just under a quarter of a buck.

Probably a little under. The unit sold a few weeks after this video for 9.85mm. The property taxes then were 108,350. The HOA fees are probably 6k a month. Insurance is odd and cheap because you only have to insure the inside as the outside is covered by the HOA. That is probably 24k a year.
