Here's a video that you've seen before of this corner, but I just want to point out a few different things. So in this corner, you see, yes, I'm going to dab my foot right here, but I want to make a point of how quick I am with my feet firmly hit the ground. And again, it didn't go away from the bike.
It went to the bike even though it's back towards the fender. It's still against the bike holding on. So then I bring my foot back up close to the bike and put it out. And then again, my friend and dabs a little bit or pushes and I dab my foot right back on the peg and out as quick as I can out of this corner.
So what I'm trying to get at is showing you guys how I'm standing up through this corner on my toes, gripping with my ankles, keeping my feet in the pegs.
And at the last second, where when this corner kind of hooks is when I sit, because right when that corner hooks, the bike will compress. If the bike compresses, then I sit with it and I compress it more.
If I compress that more and get on the gas and let the clutch out and really come forward with the motorcycle, then I can get more of a slingshot out. Because of that rebound of the motorcycle is being matched with acceleration and being matched with body English body technique because I'm doing everything with my feet, ankles, hips, legs and core.
Now, with my arms that I do with my arms, I have to counterbalance everything. So again, as you see right at the last second, I sit, the bike compresses as I get on the gas and my hips rotate out and I grew up with my feet. So in this video here, you're going to see this clip. I'm on my toes and grip with my ankles.
My knees are slightly bent, my hips are rotated out, my back is straight, my elbows are out, arms loose, head over the bars, looking ahead, being very, very patient because it burns good here, disappears there, and then becomes very...

You and many others! :) He is the ultimate warrior and perfectionist with his craft...a true dirt bike Mr. Myagi! haha God gave him the gifts of leadership, and is a fierce and tenacious fighter in every sense. He doesn't have to give a crap about the riding population, but ALWAYS takes the time to care andteach. I hope and pray that his success and following never ceases...you rarely see men like him, for sure. He's like the Godfather of motorcycling!!! lol

I started riding motocross 4 years ago. And honestly, watching your videos on body positioning has made me accel as a rider so quickly. I don't get arm pump, and when I make mistake, I am able to recover because I'm on my toes, chin over the bars, hips unlocked{back not hunched}, knees pinching the seat. Thank you for your content!

Was doing a terrible job at telling my brother about you and the knowledge you are sharing with all of us a couple weekends ago out in the desert. First time in over a year. Thank you for sharing this with us, you don't even have to...

Dude, I want to thank you for not only your insight on riding and technique, but your facts, theories, and opinions on motorcycling, life, God, and society!!!
I've been able to enjoy my Honda 450 and TM Racing 300 that much more because of the way you so effortlessly relay information. I'm not going to say I'm some phenom (because that would be a lie in every sense) but from Racing supersports to crossing to dirt biking again from childhood in 2016, I've learned the physics, techniques, and bike engineering from you on a level that made/makes SO MUCH SENSE! I will be monetarily supporting your teaching endeavors very soon, and I now utilize 3rd, 4th, and 5th much more than 1st and 2nd over the past couple years BECAUSE of YOU and your efforts. I'm learning EVERY day, and my war broken mind has needed this time of healing and physicality because I was just a child who thought he was a man traveling to the middle east from 2005-2012. Dirt biking and cycling altogether, has saved my life, and you've helped me navigate through risk assessment so well that I never push past my riding level and get really hurt, but just enough to grow safely and thoroughly enjoy these machines that are a much better machine than I am rider. THANK YOU, BRO!!!

Pretty insane how little movement there was up top even with you dabbing the foot and the front wheel bouncing all over. I need to find that balance point that keeps my arms relaxed so bad. 6 lap moto and im more recked than a football 2-a-day.
